🍕 Pizza Hut Dough Recipe 🍕
📝 Ingredients:
🌾 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 1 teaspoon sugar
🌿 1 tablespoon yeast
🥛 1 1/3 cups warm water (about 110°F/45°C)
🧈 2 tablespoons olive oil
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix 🌾 2 1/2 cups of flour, 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt, and 🥄 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Activate Yeast:
In a small bowl, dissolve 🌿 1 tablespoon of yeast in 🥛 1 1/3 cups of warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add 🧈 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough:
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
First Rise:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Milk
- Wheat flour
- Baking powder
- Vanilla essence (optional)
- Butter or margarine for greasing

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake mold with butter or margarine to prevent sticking.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until you achieve a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
3. Gradually add the milk to the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.
4. Slowly incorporate the wheat flour into the mixture, stirring gently until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Super Moist Chocolate Cake with Perfect Chocolate Ganache
Cake Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick Nescafe (2 grams coffee)
1 cup hot water (very hot)
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
200 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
For the Cake:

Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
Prepare Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, sift together 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups white sugar, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Dissolve Coffee:

Dissolve the stick of Nescafe (2g coffee) in 1 cup of very hot water. Add this coffee mixture to the cake batter and mix until smooth.
Bake:

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the Chocolate Ganache:

Heat Cream:

In a small saucepan, heat 200 ml of heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Do not boil.
Melt Chocolate:

Place 200 grams of finely chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to soften the chocolate.
Gently stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Add Butter:

Stir in 2 tbsp of unsalted butter until fully incorporated and the ganache is glossy.
Cool and Use:

Let the ganache cool slightly until it thickens to a spreadable consistency.
Use the ganache to frost the cooled chocolate cake layers. You can also use it as a filling between the layers.
Allow the ganache to set before slicing and serving the cake.

Ingredients:
• For the crust:
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• For the filling:
• 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
• For the topping:
• ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
• Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
• Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
• Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Add melted white chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
• Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
• Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
• Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool gradually inside for about an hour.

Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 cups Nilla Wafer cookie crumbs (approximately one 11-ounce box)
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 24 ounces cream cheese (3 8-ounce packages), softened
• 2 packages instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
• Optional garnish: whipped topping and banana slices
Directions:
8. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Nilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a square 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Chill the crust in the refrigerator or freezer.
9. In a large metal mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form; set aside.

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 😍🤗
INGREDIENTS :
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of milk
2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
2 teaspoon of baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk well, then add the wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder,
mix again. Grease a mold with butter and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes
NOTE: after baking, wet the cake with simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix everything and soak)
MOUSSE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 box of cream
1 cup of powdered milk
MOUSSE PREPARATION METHOD:
Beat everything in a blender until it's very creamy and then pour it on top of the cake. Leave it chilling for 3 hours and then just serve .

3 STEPS TO MAKE CAKE

RECIPE
2 cups of flour
3 eggs
¹/² cup oil
1 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 cup sugar

PROCEDURE

Step 1- Preheat oven at 160°C, grease and flour the mold, cut butter and pass it through the mold and then sprinkle flour round the mold.

Step 2- Make sure you beat all ingredients one after the other to achieve a fluffy and rich dough. Beat eggs, add milk, add oil, sugar, vanilla essence and mix then sift flour and add it to the batter, add baking powder and mix all together thoroughly for 2 minutes.

Step 3- Transfer into the mold/ baking pan and bake approximately for 50-60 minutes. Do not open the oven before 45 minutes otherwise the dough will fall.

Butterfinger Cheesecake Recipe 🍰🍫
Ingredients:

For the Crust:
2 1/4 cups Oreo crumbs
4 tbsp salted butter, melted

For the Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfingers
For the Ganache:
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Whipped Cream:
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Garnish:
Chopped Butterfingers

Directions:
1️⃣ Crust Preparation: Combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan, and bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Set up for a water bath to use later.
2️⃣ Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Blend in sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Fold in chopped Butterfingers. Pour the filling over the crust and place the pan in a water bath. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

HOMEMADE MARBLE CAKE 😋
🔅Ingredients🔅
125 gr butter
225 gr sugar
3 eggs
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
🔅Preparation🔅
1. Preheat the oven to 180º up and down.
2. In a bowl, mix the creamed butter (somewhat melted) with the sugar.
3. Once it is well mixed, add the 3 egg yolks (reserve the whites) and stir with the whisk until they are well integrated.
4. Add the milk and stir with the whisk.
5. Once everything is well integrated, little by little add the dry ingredients: flour and yeast. Mix everything with the whisk until there are no lumps.
6. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff with the whisk.
7. Once the egg whites are whipped, little by little add the meringue to the mixture while stirring gently with the spatula, until everything is well integrated.
8. Separate the dough into two containers. Put 1/3 of the mixture in a container, add a tablespoon of cocoa and stir well.
9. In a mold, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, you make a “sandwich” of dough. Pour a first layer of white dough, then add all the dough with cocoa and finish by covering it with the rest of the white dough.
10. Place the preheated mold in for 50 minutes (without opening the oven door). Then insert a needle into the center of the cake to see if the cake is ready.

Ingredients
Making mini donuts is fun! Here's a simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying

INGREDIENTS
➡200g biscuit
➡100g melted butter
➡5 eggs
➡700g cream cheese
➡100g (1/2 cup) sugar
➡150g melted chocolate
➡2 tbsp vegetable oil
➡40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain
METHOD
➡In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.
➡In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.
➡Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
➡Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.
➡Freeze for 15 minutes.

Donuts filled recipe

Ingredients for the donuts:
1 medium-sized egg
50g butter
200g milk
80g sugar
500g flour
8 g dry baker’s yeast (or 12 g fresh yeast)
1 pinch of salt
Italian diplomatic cream:
300g pastry cream
200 g liquid cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
the cover:
Sugar
Preparation :
With a pastry robot:
In a bowl, pour the milk and add the baker’s yeast with a teaspoon of sugar.
Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
In the bowl of the stand mixer, pour the flour,
the lightly beaten egg, the melted butter, the sugar and the mixture of milk and yeast.
Beat the dough vigorously for 20 minutes,
until it becomes soft and elastic
By hand: In a bowl, combine the butter, egg,
sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add milk with baking powder and flour.
Mix well and transfer everything to a lightly floured work surface.
Keep kneading with your hands until you get a smooth, elastic dough.
Put the dough in a bowl covered with a cloth and let rise until it has doubled in volume.
My advice is to leave it in a turned off oven with the light on.
After the rising time, roll out the dough into a rectangle
half a centimeter thick on a lightly floured work surface.
Using a cookie cutter, cut out 6cm discs.
Place the donuts on a baking sheet and put a square of baking paper under each donut.
This will help you pick them up without touching them with your hands
once they are up, to dip them in the hot oil.
Cover the donuts with a cloth and let rise another 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the Italian diplomat cream
by mixing the pastry cream with the liquid cream whipped with the two tablespoons of icing sugar.
Pour the oil into a saucepan with high edges and,
once very hot, plunge the donuts (no more than 2 at a time)
so as not to lower the temperature of the oil.
Let rise and brown for 5 to 6 minutes per donut.
To give a sweet touch to these delicious donuts
Put the Italian diplomate cream in a piping bag and fill the donuts.

RECIPE OF THE BEST CAKE

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 2 cups of self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Procedure

- As a first measure, before starting to make the cake, turn on the oven and leave it at a minimum of 160º C.
- Grease and flour the mold. Cut butter and pass it through the mold and then add flour and spread it.
- To achieve a fluffy and rich dough, each ingredient that we place, we beat it. First everything liquid and then the solid.
We place: 3 eggs, and we beat, 1 cup of milk, and we beat, 1/2 cup of oil, and we beat, 1 cup of sugar, and we beat, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, 2 cups of self-rising flour together with the tablespoon of baking powder, and we beat. Beat 2 minutes until it is a homogeneous mixture. Pour into the mold.
- Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN before 50 minutes, otherwise the dough will fall.
How do we know when it's ready? When the top is not so yellowish or white but rather toasty.
We take out the cake, sprinkle it with sugar and leave it for a while with the oven turned off so that it melts a little.

Quick chocolate muffins:

simple and delicious to prepare in no time!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs pinch of salt
8 g (2 teaspoons) vanilla sugar
150 g (¾ cup) sugar
130 ml (½ cup) vegetable oil
200 ml (4/5 cup) milk
250g (2 cups) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa
15 g (3 teaspoons) baking powder White chocolate

METHOD

Add the eggs, salt, vanilla and sugar to the mixing bowl. To mix together. Add oil and milk. To mix together.

Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well. Pour half of the resulting mixture into the muffin tins.

Arrange the white chocolate. Add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve
