For years the FIFA Ultimate Scream promotion has been a great success, with many FUT fans getting to enjoy a variety of lesser used players. The upgrades and stat boosts on some of these cards made them unstoppable.
The FIFA 21 Rulebreakers promo is expected to follow a similar trend, with chosen players getting massive upgrades on particular stats. There is also a chance that we could see exciting positional changes throughout the squad.
