Admin assist is pre-approving posts based on past submissions and approval.

Spammers know this and submit the first post so it will get approved. Then spam the group and the new AI assist feature approves them because they assume based on the first being approved, that will next one is good to go.

Here's how to fix it👇

🦋Click the top right of Facebook, then Groups, and select your group

🦋Click Manage

🦋Select Admin Assist under Tool shortcuts

🦋Click the criteria, then click and select Delete

🦋Click Remove to confirm

It may "one day" be a good feature but right now it's not a great asset.

This is one of those mindless tasks that do not give you a return on your investment.

If you're not seeing your time as an investment then you need to!

As an entrepreneur, there are only so many hours in the day and your area of expertise deserves the most time.

Your area of expertise deserves the bulk of your attention because that is what your income depends on.

Checking your email may seem like a feel good task, you can trick yourself into saying it's good customer service skills but at the end of the day it's doing you no good.

You won't have any products to sell if you're too busy checking your email.

🦋 Here's what to do instead...

✨Designate one to two days a week to check email
🌻Set a specific time frame to check, reply and unsubscribe
💛 Don't check emails first thing in the morning

Consistency doesn't mean everyday.

There I said it. 🤪

I'm not sure why people assume posting 3x a day is going to guarantee success.

Yes, it definitely increases your chances.

But it is not necessary or guaranteed.

✨ Instead ✨

Ask yourself what can you handle when it comes to creating content?

Think of it like this...

Would you rather produce 3 high quality and educational content pieces that remain relevant long after you post from saves, reposts and sharing?

Or

Would you rather post every day and it be single use content that is mostly fluff?

Now, in a perfect world you will be doing both short-term and long-term content. 🙃

By that I mean posting one really in depth and educational post a week, AND a couple times a week post a funny meme, motivational quote or a would you rather post.

✅The short-term posts are great for immediate engagement.

☑️ The long-term posts require more energy to produce but are the ones that get saves, reposts and shares because people come back to them. Creating organic views and consistency.

Bottom line
💛 don't beat yourself up for not posting daily💛

Focus instead in making a plan that has you saying "oh I can definitely do that".

As of March 26th, Etsy will now be enforcing a $15 fee to open any new shop.

The time to start an Etsy shop is now if you want to avoid the fees.

It's free to start an Etsy shop, but this option is soon going away!
