I have an appointment with my Neurosurgeon on August 5th And I think he’s going to say “I need to go back in you’re cervical spine and fix the titanium that’s come loose.. Please keep me in your prayers so I don’t have to do this again. I never thought in my life that my body would just start crumbling away. I want to get back to light exercising, I’m thankful for Shakeology as it has been keeping me centered and focused on my health and nutrition.
