A Christmas gift. A friend found an old piece of wood interesting when he was helping to tear down an old building and brought it to me with his wife's logo. It took some time but I finished it just in time for the holiday.

An early project is ready for showing. Did this box frame for my mom a long time ago. Took a while to ship across the country and then she wanted to paint it. My dad hung it and the green helps hide the hangers. It's cute. I used inside splines on the 45 angles. I did made the sign in the lower square too.

Got a used jointer that needs some TLC and maybe a new blade. I may not use this for a while but couldn't pass up the deal.

This one took me a long time to make. Not because it was difficult, but because life was too busy for my hobby. I am getting better though. My lines aren't to bad and I went with 3 textures. One for the bears, the mountains and lettering, and last the trees. The edging I used a chain blade angle grinder and had fun but stayed subtle. What would your family plaque have on it?
