I’ll tell you what my little Gracie Rae did after this picture was taken though..
She raised my head with her little hands and looked at me and said, “Mommy, it’s ok, You are Beautiful, You are Strong and Enough.”
I will never forget that moment! My heart overflowed with love. My four year old, reflecting my affirmations back to me. Goodness, I bawled even more with happy tears and thankfulness.
Thank you Jesus, for my two little girls. They’re on fire for you

I want to run a half marathon in April.
2. Why
I miss running and haven’t ran since 2019.
Running has always been a stress reliever for me and I enjoyed the way I felt after running.
3. How
To run a half marathon, I will need to start training for the race. I will begin training on January 2nd and run 2 miles. I will run 3x a week and continue to add miles each week till race day.
This is goal setting with a Purpose!

Currently, weight-lifting 4x a week. No cardio!
Last update I did, I said I was going to do less cardio so the only thing I’m doing now is working out with my Fit with BRITT Classes HITT Style Workouts.

Body Composition Update. Haven't done one in awhile.

Weight: 146lbs.
Body Fat: 21%
Currently, weight-lifting 3x a week. Adding HITT workouts and walking on treadmill for cardio.
Going to contuine this plan for a couple more weeks then adding more lifts and less cardio!
I love HITT Workouts and Cardio but thats going to have to change because I need to lift heavier and gain more muscle!
So, GROWTH is my word for my fitness journey this year! 💪

A lot of FIRST'S happen tomorrow. Olivia's first day of Pre-k! Livy, you are so smart and kind! I know you're going to have a blast! Gracie's first day of Day Care is tomorrow. Gracie has been a mama's girl since she was born. I stayed home with her. I'm crossing my fingers i don't get a phone call because tomorrow is my first day of work. I haven't worked in 3 years. I'm so excited and nervous! Let's just say I'm gonna be a HOT MESS tomorrow lol where did time go???
I sit here, looking at these photos of my family and I can't thank GOD enough. I never thought my family and I would be home starting this new chapter in our lives. This is where my family is supposed to be. We are on the right path. Never stop praying! He's listening! Thank you Jesus!! ❤

This woman right here is a Warrior! I had the privilege to sit down with her and hear her story. Not only that, she has inspired me to create a Fitness Program! This PROGRAM will be different from all my other plans. This program is Called, "WARRIOR!". Why Warrior?
Here is why, meet Tammy!
My name is Tammy. I'm 37 years old. I am married and have 3 children ages 4, 6, and 12. I had 3 c-sections. 2 of my children were large babies for my body build and height weighing in at 8lbs 1 oz and 9lbs 9 ozs. I am 4'11 and starting weight was 120 lbs at the beginning of each of my pregnancies. My belly stretched so much it looked like a beach ball (thankfully I only had a few minor stretch marks on my stomach). I have been through so many of life's obstacles, giving up was and is never an option. This past year my husband learned that he has an autoimmune disorder which makes him very weak often leaving me with having to pick up the additional household and occupational work. Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, I've been working from home and partially homeschooling all 3 of my children. Am I tired...yes, but you do what you have to do and make it work. My family has a history of congestive heart failure and I have been told that in order to prolong getting it, I needed to lose some weight. I also have a thyroid that just doesn't work right. Though I'm on medication, it does make it difficult to lose weight. No excuse, I just have to work harder to lose it. I want to be the best mom and wife for my family as well as be the best me I can be for me. I also have anxiety and sometimes depression (nonmedicated). God has carried me through all these obstacles. I make time to exercise when I can. Its never at a set time, because my schedule is always changing. I've learned that I don't have to be in a gym to lose weight. I can have some hand held weights, bands, and healthy food. I eat healthy and have incorporated a healthy diet for my family. They are trying new foods and loving the meals. My weight loss has been slow, but I can't stop trying. I'm learning to appreciate the process and to not get discouraged with set backs. It's ok to enjoy holidays, birthdays, and special events as long as you go back to your healthy lifestyle. I have tried so many diets and programs, but they have never left me with lasting results or huge weight loss. I have faith in this plan and know it will work. I feel it in my heart. I have seen results and kept it off. Though I haven't reached my goal weight, I know I am a work in progress and will keep pushing until I get there. I deserve it! I have learned that it's ok to put me first sometimes, because if I'm not well my family will not be well either. I am a busy wife and mom along with work, home schooling, and household duties, my kids are busy in sports. No excuse, I want to lose this weight so I have to get it done. Though there are days when I don't feel good, I know it's ok to rest, but the next day start again. It is a lifestyle and a new mindset. It is constantly keeping my mind on my goal and choosing to not give up, because I am worth it.
And that is Why! Tammy, thank you for sharing your story and continuing to push forward towards your goals. As Tammy said it," giving up is not an option."
