No, I'm not kidding, I really have 3 tickets available for THE Taylor Swift concert for Saturday 6/17/2023 at Acrisure Stadium! Sure I could sell them but, what I like the most, is making people happy! So here are the rules:

Where is everyone? How is everyone doing? I apologize for not posting in about a week! I had a few bad days but mostly good. I am drinking the gallon pretty easily but i am not refilling it at all. I want to get back to that point. In order to do this, i really need to carry it with me everywhere i go.

My oldest daughter decided to get in on the action because she notices a difference in me. I took a 25 oz water bottle and marked it with times for her to refill it three times per day. I also marked times in between to keep her motivated. She is doing so well!

I apologize for not posting last night. I fell asleep early.

How’d everyone do yesterday? I drank 1 gallon, and walked for 45 minutes.

My goal today is to drink a gallon and a little more in addition to walking. What are your for today?

I wasn’t going to step on the scale until at least a week in, but curiosity got me this morning. I’m down almost 5 pounds in just a few days! Literally all I’ve changed is water intake and walking everyday.

How’d everyone do today? I drank 1 gallon of water but did not fill it up anymore. I chose a glass of wine instead! 😆 I waited again to walk until it was warmer but I did it and it was great!

Day 2 of the drinking part of my challenge for me! As I said in my live last night, I didn't find it that hard! I am excited to see some results! It is super cold again this morning, I think I will wait to go for my walk/jog until later again today.

Confession time: I am not naturally motivated to make healthy choices. I have proven to myself in the past that I am more successful when I have accountability partners. So y’all are my team!

My challenge for all of us:

1. At least 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week (my goal is 6).

2. Drink at least a gallon of water every day.

3. Post on this page each evening with an update on your day. What did you do for exercise that day?How much water did you drink?

This challenge will last one month, maybe longer if we are all enjoying it. If you don’t see me posting, holler at me! Hold me accountable please!!
