Many of you know how I personally disagree with this entire process... However, my personal feelings aside, as our student athletes should be considered a "stake holder".. how exactly has the school district proposed to accommodate them? What exactly is the plan to address the following:

* Game start times - Do they end up getting home an hour later or leave school an hour earlier?
* If they leave school an hour earlier, when exactly do they make up work missed, even if time missed is considered "I Time" (some students actually make good use of this time)
* Practices after school without lights as they can't practice before school because they will be ... sleeping
* Homework... do they get up earlier in the morning to complete their homework since they are getting back that much later at night?

There are so many additional factors to consider, though these are very real issues for our student athletes - those who not only strive to excel athletically but academically as well. We are patiently awaiting how the school district plans to address these specific issues and if there is still no plan.. what are the next steps to address these as school board meeting attendance has proven inconsequential..

Parents - I vaguely remember Milford charging to get into the MS basketball games! Just wanted to offer a heads up so you could be prepared if you are traveling today.

It seems like a REALLY long time since we have seen these girls on the court! GOOD LUCK to the KMS B teams today! I will be there taking pics 🏀🔥😁

Girl's Program Try Out is Set! Saturday 1/18/2020 from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at Keene High School lower gym. PLEASE register your daughter (grade 5-8) by emailing her name and current grade level to [email protected] by 1/16/2020 to secure her FREE spot! Teams will be announced before the end of January. Current GR players are encouraged to attend as well! If you have any questions please let us know :)
