Hi, I am Family Nurse Practitioner Rosalyn Garrett. I created the Balloon NP out of a passion to make events beautiful through the use of balloons. I am a mother, wife, healthcare provider and now Balloon Artist. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and exercising. I look forward to assisting you and providing a dash of luxury to your event.
