HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS RECIPES

Japanese chicken with greens and rice
Ingredient's
2 tbsp salt-reduced tamari

1 tbsp mirin

2 tsp tahini

1 tsp sesame oil

2 x 250g chicken breast fillets

1 bunch asparagus

200g sugar snap peas

1 bunch broccolini, halved

250g pkt microwave brown rice and quinoa

COOKING STEPS!
Step 1
Combine the tamari, mirin, tahini and oil in a small bowl. Place half the dressing in a shallow dish and add chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour. Reserve the remaining dressing.
Step 2
Preheat a chargrill pan or barbecue grill over medium. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest before thickly slicing.
Step 3
Meanwhile, steam asparagus, sugar snaps and broccolini in a steamer over a saucepan of simmering water for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
Step 4
Cook rice and quinoa (250g pkt microwave brown rice and quinoa) following packet instructions. Divide rice and quinoa, greens and chicken among 4 serving bowls. Drizzle over the reserved dressing.

DON’T DIE TILL YOU ARE DEAD(JOHN11:1-6, 17-27)

Hello child of the Most High God. I would like to ask you this question. ‘Why does God wait even when we pray and fast in earnest for His intervention? Yes sometimes the heavens appear closed and the presence of the divine seems to fade into thin air.
Yes Abraham waited for 25years for the one and only Isaac! Moses waited for 40years to be promoted from the wilderness. Joseph waited for 161/2 for his blessed dreams to come into manifestation. Paul waited for 3years alone in the desert of Arabia (Gal 1:17-18).
Your life has divine care and timing! Victor Hugo once wrote; ‘There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world and that is an idea whose timing has come” No matter how long it takes , when your time has come no demonic army or force in the world can stop you. Stop getting into depression, self-pity and suicidal thoughts. Hmm... Harold Ruoff said ‘In the presence of trouble, some people grow wings, while others buy clutches.” I desire we be in the latter category.
Learn from any delay concerning the manifestation of your total heart desires! Even though Jesus loved Martha and her sister, when He was told their brother was sick, Jesus waited two extra crucial days in the place He was. While Jesus was waiting Lazarus died!
Dear child of God always learn to reconcile God’s perfect love with His perfect timing. Both cannot be separated. His delay could lead to pain at times, untold and unexplainable pains, but the end is glorious. Did Lazarus not rise again?
Whatever God’s delay has ‘spoilt’ will be surely restored in due season (Joel2:25). Every delay and every college of experience you have passed or passing through is for our good and for God’s glory.
Even when we can’t see Gods hands, we can put our trust in His Word that He is always there for us. Don’t die yet just hold on and hold out!
I decree and declare over your life that you shall not weep or murmur again in Jesus Christ name!
