Lozer Meals: Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza
Total Cal: 315 cal (1 full Flatbread portion = 2 average-size thin crust slices)
Ingredients
1 Flatbread Pizza crust
1/2 cup kraft fat free shredded mozzarella
4 tbsp tomato paste
8 slices Hormel turkey pepperoni
Add some preferred seasonings and cook per directions on the Flatbread package! ^_^
Finally time for TVP to shine!
Lozer Meals: TVP Tacos (beef flavor)
Total Cal: 250 for 4 tacos (63 cal each)
4 Mission Zero tortillas
1/4 cup TVP
1 beef bouillon for TVP flavoring (can use any other flavor, 1 whole bouillon does make for a very intense flavor some may not like)
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar65oz onion65oz lettuce
Top with salsa and you're all ready to go! 😋
Lozer Meals: Crab Mac n' Cheese
Total Cal: 383
1/2 cup elbow noodles
Cheese Sauce:
1 imitation crab stick finely chopped
1oz lite cheddar
1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
3/4oz feta crumbles
1tbsp whipped cream cheese
Lozer Meals: Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Toast
Total Cal: 659 cal
Alfredo:
3oz noodles
1 can chunky chicken
1/2 jar Alfredo sauce
Toast:
1 roll
1 tsp chopped garlic in oil
1/2tbsp light butter
Seafood-Medley Stuffed Mushrooms
Total Cal: 722 (made 18 mushrooms)

I've often been asked how I can manage to make my breakfasts so low calorie. I don't often eat breakfast so wanted to take this chance to show an example.

Lozer Snacks - Stuffed Pepper Bites
Total Cal: 234 (whole tray), 10 cal per mini stuffed pepper
12 mini sweet peppers
Red onion 0.5oz
Portobello caps 0.6oz
Zucchini 1.15oz
2 velveeta cheese slices
Cut and hollow pepper sides
Dice stuffing veggies (can substitute other filling ideas)
Top with small portion of velveeta cheese slice
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min (I did 30 and were just a touch burnt)

Ingredients and total cal are half of picture, I made this dinner for 2. Replaced parmesan with super lo-cal cheddar cheese slices. Pan fry in sauce until cooked, then let simmer covered with cheese on top briefly at the end.
