I grew up with traditional medicine (especially with a mother as a nurse), but overtime, I learned that traditional medicine has it's purposes (like keeping me alive after a serious medical issue a few years ago)...but essential oils provided a LOT of additional benefits (and helped me BEAT all the doctor's expectations).

I don't understand why people don't jump on the bandwagon, or why they buy cheap essential oils at the store (that are often watered down and have added JUNK you don't want) and often only use them as a form of air freshener...They are SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT! (Although, most of them do smell wonderful and can create an incredible atmosphere! Especially wonderful to have a lovely smell, and know it isn't harmful like typical air fresheners...)

Once again - dinner at 9pm….this time it was work and homework- but had stuff cooking while I was in Bible study. Now I’m done with that and NOT going back to homework (even though there is still stuff to do)…and I’m going to eat my rotisserie chicken and vegetable soup! !

Random thought….ever since my LONG hospital stay - I am not 100% and probably won’t ever be 100% ever again..

I submitted a homework assignment and didn’t feel like it was great - definitely not up to my previous standard - and this class I’m taking is hard on me…yet - I turned in my 6 page paper addressing strategy aggressiveness, matching aggressiveness to turbulence, performing the strategic success diagnosis with my 9 resources cited…

And my professor gave me 100/100 and stated “excellent assessment of Honda”s environment and SA needed.” (SA means strategic aggressiveness).

I’m surprised - I was just hoping to pass - didn’t expect a perfect score…

This DEFINITELY proves that the Lord is providing me some help (thank goodness since I am praying and asking God to help me daily! Sounds like an answered prayer for this one).

Thank you Jesus! I couldn’t do it without Your help!

Another random Tricia thought….I drink a lot of water but also drink a lot of coffee and tea. Recently I had someone “remind” me of how important water intake is (which I am well aware of - which is why there are two water bottles next to my bed, two on my desk, and always one in my purse….never leave home without it! 😂
Anyway - so I decided to do a little research - and multiple medical institutions agree - coffee and tea count as water intake! Woohoo!

Question for everyone…

Do you think it means something different (or has different value) when someone says (or writes)
“I love you”
versus
“Love ya”

Great reminder....I can only imagine....I challenge everyone who sees this to write something they are thankful for today.
I am facing many challenges right now, but I am thankful for the roof over my head, the bed to sleep in, electricity, groceries, a car to drive, my sweet fur babies, some good neighbors...sometimes we just need to focus on having gratitude for the simple things and avoid drowning in the tidal wave!

As I wind down - this new staple of my evening is going to be enjoyed tonight! Perfect winter beverage!

New experiment - I love my Ningxia - but right now - I have no desire to drink anything cold! So - I made some herbal tea (a mixed berry one), added a bit of Splenda, and a shot of Ningxia red - incredible health vendors and YUM!!!! I love my Ningxia adventures!

Well….know that it is 3:30 am - I’m going to bed! I’m a night owl but this is beyond…but all my cookie baking is done, plates ready, and I’ll have some happy neighbors tomorrow! (Guess actually today - after I sleep a bit)!

I Know many people have been suffering with depression, and it seems To have gotten worse since he craziness of the last few years (Covid, lockdowns, political unrest, etc!). I always find it fascinating to know that there are things provided by nature that can be used to help our emotions and their impact. While essential oils are not always the “be all, end all” - but they frequently are able to help!! I fully support western medicine (especially that it literally saves lives), but essential oils have a huge benefit (I can attest to personally)!
