I thought I’d share a fun fact about me, Katherine, the girl behind Girl Gone Grilling☺️ I went to Texas A&M and have a pre-med Animal science degree and Meat Science certificate.🥩 The plan was to go to vet school, but ultimately decided it wasn’t for me at the time (wish I figured that out before many semesters of organic chemistry🫠). I was also on the 2015 reserve national champion meat judging team (I’m sure y’all will have jokes about that one).🏆 My many meat science classes I took helped to spark my interest in grilling and BBQ.👍🏻
