Had a wonderful wander through the woods with a group of lovely people today. We soaked up the benefits of being in the woodland on our forest bathing wander and took time out to connect with nature. Thank you for joining me and sharing in the magic of the woods. 🌿🌱🍃🌳💚

I love this little woodland. It never fails to deliver joy. Sat for ages today, watching dragonflies flitting about, mating and laying their eggs in the water. Magic!🌿🌱🍃🌳

A bit of sunshine makes all the difference. ☺️🌞 Looking forward to a forest bathing wander with lovely people on 30th.

Finding new perspectives this morning. New parts of the woodland. A golden moth and purple grass.🌿🌿🍃💚

I scrubbed up my walking shoes (even washed the laces!) and discovered new bits of the woodland that I hadn't seen before. Love to wander.🍃🌳🌱🌿💚
