10 ml sugar syrup
20 ml honey
20 ml ginger juice

METHOD
Add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake it for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients:
- 45 ml Belizean Blue Signature Blend
- 20 ml coconut cream
- 25 ml coconut milk,
- 15 ml lime juice
- 25 ml pineapple juice

Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend it for 15 seconds and pour into a hurricane glass.

Garnish with pineapple.

- 20 ml Italian red bitter liqueur
- 15 ml lime juice

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
