Learn how to clean and remove all the pesticides from the broccoli completely in 3 steps
1. 先将整株西兰花冲洗干净后，切成小朵状
Rinse the whole broccoli and cut into small pieces.
2. 将西兰花浸泡在清水中并加入苏打粉，因为泡水没有氧气，小虫自然会浮出来，而苏打粉可以帮助农药析出
Soak the broccoli in clear water and add baking soda. Because there is no oxygen in the water, the insects will naturally float out, and baking soda can help the pesticides to precipitate.
