November Schedule!

Sorry for the late posting of the schedule- I was quite busy in October & needed to do some regrouping before I started up again.

I’ve decided that at least for November I’ll be doing Wednesday instead of Tuesday- same time 5:30-6:30pm. I appreciate the feedback & hope this schedule can accommodate more people. Thanks for all the ongoing support & flexibility. I appreciate you all so much! See you soon! 🧘‍♀️

Giant shoutout to the best babes ever- Ella & Madeline for being the best first students I could have ever asked for! I’m feeling really proud of myself & I’m thrilled to see what lies ahead!🧘‍♀️

I’m quite proud and excited to announce a new journey I’ve started in my life.

At the end of May, I completed my 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Certification Training. It was intense, exhausting, and so so worth every moment. Shout out to John Taylor Yoga for pushing me and believing in me every step of the way.

This is something I’ve considered since my early twenties, but I never believed I deserved to be teaching others with a mind that was unhealthy and a heart that was heavy. Over the past couple years, I’ve come to heal and love myself in whole new ways I didn’t think were possible.

I’ve always felt out of place- in my life, in my skin, in the world. A loner just wandering around aimlessly searching for something to hold my attention- something to motivate me. Yoga has taught me so many ways to tune into what I truly need- to feel and love my body- a place that terrified and consumed me before- A place where the scale was king. At first I didn’t trust that it was even possible to get me out of my own head- but yoga gives me the space to breathe, not overthink, and get moving. It’s given me a safe place to love me and has given me the ability to do other great things for myself.

I couldn’t be more thrilled to start this journey- this lifestyle. I’m honored to be able to now share it with friends new and old.

I’m so grateful that my Morning Bell family has given me a beautiful space to practice in the back of the building and I will also be doing lots of park flows to get us moving in the sunshine and fresh air.

I’m just so happy and fulfilled and joyous of the world I’ve started to create for myself. One I deserve. One everyone deserves.

Through the love and support of my family, friends, and incredible partner- I gained faith in myself to pursue this.

Yoga isn’t a fix all- it takes much more than that to maintain a healthy life- whether it’s through therapy, meditation, medication, nutrition or whatever that means for you. I do believe yoga can help bring a certain peace and space to your life though- please give it a try someday even if it’s not with me! YouTube has a huge variety of types of yoga and teachers- there’s also a large amount of talented and qualified teachers all around you.

So if you’re interested at all in joining me for a flow, please follow my page on either Facebook or Instagram- Taboo Yoga Studio- for regular schedules and upcoming events. I don’t intend to share on my regular page about my business, because I don’t think you should have to be bombarded with constant posts unless you want to be- so please follow if you want updates!

The plan is to get started early July!

Thanks for reading this- loving me, supporting me, and cheering me on. I am blessed beyond belief and so grateful for each and everyone of you.
