Here are 9 tips to convert leads into customers. Simple things create big impact.
1️⃣ Communicate value first
Focus on bringing value into the life of your customers. People dislike those who only care about getting a sale out of them. Aim to improve your customer’s life and focus on addressing your customers needs.
People don’t care about your solution, it’s all about their relief. Act as a mentor with great expertise in your field of operation. If you are the point of contact for potential customers, they will also trust your judgment and solutions to their problems.
2️⃣ Identify Their Problem
You need to identify the problem that the lead is experiencing. Have a different approach every time you ask a question, as it gets a conversation started. This is a good way to open up a dialogue and to uncover questions or concerns the prospect might have.
3️⃣ Make it a Conversation
It’s obvious that your prospect will be much more responsive if you encourage a two-way conversation. Dialogue keeps prospects engaged, allowing you an opportunity to learn more about their needs in a casual setting. You can figure out precisely how your product or service will work out for them.
Don't make it sound like a monologue, it stands outs like a traditional sales pitch and they’ll see right through it.
4️⃣ Keep them warm
Even if you call a prospect within ten minutes of signing up, he or she may still not be ready to move forward in the sales process. However, they have expressed interest in your product or service, so don’t lose the opportunity to keep them warm while jumping on a phone call. A general rule of thumb suggests that a prospect sees or hears your message at least seven times before they take action and buy from you.
This is called Customer Care and it starts long before any sale is made. Keep them informed and show them that you care and they’re sure to come back to you when they have questions or are ready to move on to the next step.
5️⃣ Ask for the sale
Simply asking for a sale is nothing new or innovative, but it’s a crucial part of the conversion process. It seems like common sense, yet a surprising amount of people don't do it. Ask your prospects if they are ready to get started and watch how many say “yes.” They wouldn’t have gotten this far if they didn’t have initial interest in becoming a customer. If you don’t ask for the sale, your competition will.
6️⃣ Follow-up
Keep your leads in purchase-mode by following up via email or phone calls.
This is a great way to quickly convert them into a customer before too much time passes. All of the leads you generate should be contacted immediately and followed up with a couple of days later. You want to make sure they are as successful as possible with the product and all their questions are answered.
7️⃣ Don’t make them wait
Leads are a fresh commodity and aren’t meant to wait until the next day. Make your first contact as soon as possible, because levels of interest drops dramatically after just one hour. Don’t give your lead the opportunity to lose interest in your product or to move on to a competitor. It’s crucial to set up internal routines for following up leads.
8️⃣ Gain their trust
People buy the person first, and then the product. Therefore, always be genuine and friendly. Speaking the truth makes it easier to gain people’s trust, so have a real and honest dialog with them. Every interaction should be a conversation, not a sales pitch. Spend at least half of every meeting listening to your customer. Make the conversation about real business issues, so that the customer views you as an expert.
9️⃣ Remember them
Smart entrepreneurs know that it’s necessary to spend time with your customers. This might seem folly, but that’s not really the case. Several studies have shown that leads are more likely to convert into customers when they don’t feel rushed. It’s your task to make every lead feel individually remembered and respected.

especially the middle one, when we are all busy working and striving, we lack one of the most important things we never get back, and that’s our time 🕰️⏰🕰️⏰……
And to be honest, it’s probably the most important thing we have, other than our health, because without those two things, we really can’t have anything else… 😳😳
So remember to make time for family, make time for friends, make time for you. 💯

People are like seedlings - we need to be
nurtured and connected to nature, and our true selves, to grow.
We invest a lot of time cultivating everything else:
families, work, friends, and other interests. We look after them, prioritise them, and make time for them.
The thing is, we won't flourish if we don't take time for ourselves, our self-care, our relaxation, our mental and physical health.
We, through a lack of real effort stay alive, we may even grow but we will not truly thrive or bloom when we don't take the time and water ourselves and give ourselves what we really need.
When we become a priority, life gets better. We feel better, have more energy and ability to help or support others. We are not pouring from an empty cup, our cup becomes overflowing.
When we feel out of sorts, when we feel discomfort or discord there is a reason. Our life is communicating to us. It is likely we are not taking the time we need to nurture ourselves.
Action needs to be taken. What is it we need? What can we do to feel better? Time appears to be an obstacle, a reason, and an excuse for many people who do not take care of themselves.
We all have the same amount of time in a day; the difference is how we prioritise it. If you take the time to water yourself, you will blossom.🌻

It takes a certain kind of mindset to have your own business.
It's not for everyone.
People will see your successes, and either celebrate with you, or talk about you, depending on the person 😜
What they don't see is what it might have taken to get there. All the hours put in, the rejections, the setbacks, the times you wanted to give up, the comparing yourself to other people and not feeling good enough.
They'll think 'oh she got it easy' or 'it's alright for her, I could never do that' or they'll criticise what you're doing, treat it with scepticism and talk about you behind your back 🤣
It takes a certain kind of mindset to keep going regardless, to accept praise and negativity alike, without letting either sway you from your path. To focus on your why, to be consistent and persistent no matter what, and to know that you deserve all the success in the world! That you are worth it!

7 TIPS FOR BUSY ENTREPRENEURS DURING THE HOLIDAYS 🎄🎅🏻🎉
1️⃣ Reassess your goals - Take a quick look at this year’s goals. Are you on track? What are you realistically going to complete before the end of the year? Now is the time to decide what is priority and what can wait till next quarter.
2️⃣ Schedule Work & Play - Schedule the work that needs to be done and the parties that need to be attended. If your children are taking part in any shows or events, be sure to get the dates from them as soon as possible so that you can put them in your calendar.
3️⃣ Delegate Work - Delegate as much work as possible. Get family to help with the holiday preparations. Start by not taking on too much and the holidays will be happier for everyone.
4️⃣ Contact Clients/Customers - Give advanced warning to clients or other business contacts when you are taking your holidays. If everyone is aware in advance they are less likely to come looking for you when you are just about to knock off for the holidays. Don’t forget to wish them all Happy Holidays!
5️⃣ Balance Work and Relax time - For some, a complete break from work will not be possible, so if you’re not allowed to completely stay away from work, make sure you have enough free time in between work. Take a look at the days you are scheduled to be off and plan the time with family and friends.
6️⃣ Set Boundaries - Remember that being overworked is often your own fault. Do you say “no” often enough or set the boundaries required in order to live a happy and balanced life?
7️⃣ No Guilt - Don’t waste your holiday time feeling guilty. Life is for living and guilt is a wasted emotion. Be present over the holidays, and when you are working, work. When you are on holidays, don’t think about work. Focus on the people who are around you–the important, special people who you want to spend time with during the holidays. Work will be waiting for you on the other side.
