Ms. K's Elective Classes / Whitehall Middle School
This is my Handy Dandy class where we make things to help build community within the school or to help our middle school function in a better way.
Trash to treasure in progress again 😁
A work in progress from rolled up National Geographic magazine pages and strips of rolled up blue jeans around the clock.
We are considering selling this coffee table that was made by my students in my Handy Dandy class. My question is, would there be interest in this in an auction style bid by commenting through a FB post? It will be to raise money for tools and materials for future Handy Dandy classes.
Maybe wait until income tax return time because money is tight at Christmas time 🤔
It's from an old Whitehall Middle School exterior door. It's solid oak and was found in the basement. The table measures 8'x3'. The base frame is made from wood from old play sets that we also found in the basement. All of this was supposed to be discarded. I think we re-purposed it pretty well!
