Walmart is teaching white employees who receive low hourly wages for boring work under one of the largest and richest corporations in the world that they are, in fact, privileged.

The company is holding training sessions for white employees which are meant to convince them that they suffer from internalized white supremacy and racism. This program has been expanding since 2018, when Walmart launched it with the Racial Equity Institute.

Walmart tells white employees to feel guilt and shame

The program teaches employees to abandon the idea that “one’s comfort, wealth, privilege and success has been earned by merits and hard work” rather than white privilege.

Walmart executives should probably ask their hourly workers about how much comfort, wealth, privilege, and success they are currently experiencing.

The employees are told to feel guilt and shame because of their supposed subconscious belief that nonwhite people are naturally inferior.

They are supposed to embrace these feelings of guilt and to expand on them by telling themselves that “white is not right” and that they promote white supremacy through the things they value.

Among these white supremacist qualities are “individualism,” “objectivity” and “worship of the written word.”

The last of these is particularly egregious, though hardly surprising.

The “robber barons” of America in another age used their wealth to construct schools and libraries so that their workers could better themselves through education. Walmart is telling its workers that literacy is racist.
Who has the privilege here?

Walmart is hardly the only entity which is currently implementing critical race theory courses for employees and executives. A major company which isn’t forcing this garbage on its employees nowadays is a rare exception.

The fact that leftists who claim to be anti-capitalist generally cheer when they see white workers being told by multi-national corporations that they must feel guilt and shame for being so privileged tells us something about where leftist priorities currently lie.

Does no one recognize how ironic it is that Walmart, Amazon, and the United States Army are lecturing white Americans about their having too much power and privilege?

There is something extremely sinister about billionaires telling people who get paid by the hour to stock shelves at Walmart that they need to feel guilt and shame for existing.

Homelessness is at this point significantly less demeaning than enduring a pseudo-Marxist reeducation program just to keep a job at Walmart.

Companies like Walmart are telling us that they are already finding it difficult to find employees who will work for the wages they are offering. Anyone who is told to go through a white privilege seminar for $15 an hour ought to take this opportunity to find work elsewhere.

Ultimately we can blame Obama for this anti-White garbage and Biden and the Communist democrats are doing a hell of a job pushing the ANTI-WHITE AGENDA.

According to the bill’s language, anyone who is eligible to work in the United States under federal law or against whom U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has deferred immigration action under the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) process and who is authorized to possess a firearm may apply to become a police officer in Illinois.

Despite the fact that only U.S. citizens are legally allowed to serve as police officers and deputies, numerous states have passed laws to override this requirement due to manpower shortages.

Violent, crime-ridden Chicago is among the Illinois cities most in need of recruits.

In June, Fred Waller, Chicago’s temporary police superintendent, told a local station that they deal with numerous people who are encouraged to commit crimes and shoot people recklessly during the day.

Waller told the media outlet that he would never argue that greater help isn’t needed. Officers are being worked to the bone and frequently have off days canceled.

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) and many others across the United States are losing officers at a rate that exceeds their ability to replace them with recruits. After a wave of resignations by cops disheartened by anti-police protests and calls to defund the police after George Floyd’s death, the CPD reportedly hired 1,600 personnel to replace vacancies between 2019 and 2022.

After candidates became U.S. citizens, the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police, representing 33,000 active and former police officers in the state, said it would welcome them with open arms.

Officers’ primary responsibility is to uphold the law and ensure compliance with it among the communities they patrol. What message is conveyed by a law that makes those without legal standing into its enforcers? The coalition issued a statement early in July after the state legislature approved the law and awaited Pritzker’s signature.

This might lead to a loss of public trust in law enforcement at a time when that trust is desperately needed. Once their citizenship is confirmed, the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police said it would welcome these prospective recruits with open arms and look forward to the fresh ideas they can bring to the police force.

Some state legislators were also against the bill. During the discussion on the bill, Republican state senator Chapin Rose stated that permitting non-citizens to arrest American citizens would violate democracy.

In May, Rose remarked that it shouldn’t matter where the person is from, whether Australia or elsewhere; they shouldn’t be able to arrest a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.

Earlier this year, California passed a bill allowing those without citizenship but with proper documentation to work in law enforcement.

San Diego’s police union has voiced similar reservations to those of its Illinois equivalent.

During his presidential address, Sgt. Jared Wilson reported that the San Diego Police Department had lost 500 police officers since July 2020. Wilson also said they need as many people as possible to join the police force. However, they would be opposed to a loosening of norms and restrictions.

The Worldcoin cryptocurrency system promises to revolutionize financial transactions using biometric information, mainly from poor countries. But now, according to reports, it looks as if it may be more of a scourge than a savior.

The issue lies in the farming of eye data used to power the system. To gather the data, Worldcoin offered to pay the participants in the poorer countries, leading to a ‘what will people do for money?’ quandary.

But that’s not the only problem. It appears that a black market for verified credentials has been created, allowing anyone with $30 to command more than one digital identity. Of course, that raises a whole slew of ethical and security-related issues.

In addition, many question the trustworthiness of the company. Sam Altman, the co-founder of Worldcoin, is also the head of OpenAI, a firm that is currently being sued over allegations of unethical data use. His activities have raised flags.

Worldcoin’s team insists that they will delete all biometric data once their algorithms are fully trained. However, many remain skeptical, citing the firm’s lack of transparency when it comes to handling sensitive information. Zero-knowledge proofs are presented as a safeguard, but it’s been seen as more of a distraction from the broader issues at hand.

The danger of permanently linking biometric information to a financial system is very real. Imagine if your digital identity is lost or blocked in some way. You can’t reset your digital personhood like you can a bank account. Instead of Minority Report, it would be more like “no soup for you”.

While Worldcoin claims to be a system “owned by everyone”, its token distribution is far from equal. Of the ten billion tokens that will ever exist, insiders are allocated 25%. And just 1% of the tokens are in circulation, mostly in the hands of market makers.

All in all, the Worldcoin cryptocurrency system is a ticking time bomb. The idea of harvesting eye data from poor countries and incentivizing them to do so for a few extra bucks brings dubious ethical considerations from the start. In addition, the firm’s lack of transparency when it comes to privacy and security protocols, combined with its unfair token distribution system, is highly concerning.

The proverbial jury is still out, but it’s not looking good for Worldcoin. Until Mr. Altman and his team can prove that their system is trustworthy and their mission is aligned with ethical values, it’s best to stay away from Worldcoin.

In New York, a bold move from Alvin Bragg is raising questions and eyebrows. In April, the man who has forged a reputation as a fearless crusader against political corruption announced he was indicting former President Donald Trump on state-level charges for miscategorizing a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels.

The charges, a novel legal theory, were based on the idea that criminal misdemeanors could be elevated to a felony. This, despite the fact that the Department of Justice has already decided not to pursue the matter because of the laughable nature of the case.

Now, it appears that Bragg is looking for a way out. Without offering any explanation, he recently suggested that he will work with the judge presiding over the case to delay it from March of 2024 to an unspecified future date, citing "a broad look at what justice requires".

The decision has reignited the debate of why Bragg decided to press forward in the first place. For many of his critics, the answer is obvious: ego. By rushing to the podium with this case - one that could eventually be used as a political tool against Trump - Bragg stands to benefit greatly by claiming the title of 'first' prosecutor to challenge the 45th President.

And there is little denying that the ambitious NY prosecutor was, perhaps, planning ahead for his own future runs at higher office.

Of course, the truth is that Bragg might actually be looking to avoid the embarrassment of a failed prosecution. After all, if the Department of Justice garners convictions using charges that are considered to be far stronger on legal grounds, then the state case - and Bragg’s future - could quickly become damaged goods.

Now, he is hoping that the judge presiding over the case will agree to delay the proceedings until such a time that a federal conviction has already been secured. It's a strategy that would allow him to have it both ways: being the one who was first to the ballpark without having to actually swing the bat.

Either way, this tale of ambition should serve as a cautionary reminder that those who don't understand the consequences of their actions could very well be the ones to pay the biggest price. Only time will tell how it all plays out for Alvin Bragg.
