Peanut butter shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cup whole milk
garnish: chocolate syrup

Recipe

1-Place the whole milk and peanut butter in your blender.
2-Blend until completely blended and smooth.
3-Pour the shakes into 2 large glasses.
4- Garnish with chocolate syrup.

Kadai mushroom

Ingredients :
200 gms mushroom(stir fried)
1 capsicum
1 teaspoon Dry Coriander Seeds
1 Dry Red Kashmiri Chili,
1/2 inch piece of Cinnamon
1 large Onion, chopped
2 medium Tomatoes, grind and make puree
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
A pinch of Turmeric Powder,
1/2 cup WaterSalt to taste
1½ tablespoon Oil

Recipe

1-Dry roast the coriander seeds and dry red Kashmiri chilli,Coarsely grind and set aside.
2- In a heavy bottomed non-stick kadai add oil, let it heat add cinnamon.
3-Add onion and saute, till translucent.
4-Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
5-Add tomatoe puree and cook till they are cooked well.
6-Add the coarsely grind masala and mix well and cook till the oil oozes out from all the sides.
7-Add capsicum and saute it for 3 minutes.
8-Add salt ,turmeric powder and red chili powder.Mix well.
9- Add little water. Let it simmer then add the stir fried mushrooms. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
10-Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Poi patta pakode /Malabar Spinach pakode

Ingredients:

Poi Patta leaves - 10 to 15
Rice flour - 2 tblsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Mustard Oil (you can use normal oil as well) - as per requirement to fry the pakoras

Recipe :

1Chop off the stem of poi patta and then transfer them to a vessel containing clean water. Leave them dipped in water for 2-3 minutes and then rinse them nicely with clean water.
2-Take rice flour in a mixing bowl and add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and salt.Mix the ingredients together.
3-Now slowly add water to the ingredients and mix to form a medium thick batter. Make sure that no lumps are formed. Kindly note that the batter should neither be very thick nor very thin in consistency.
4-Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with 1 tea spoon mustard oil. Then lower the flame.
5-Then take one Malabar Spinach Leaf and dip it in the batter prepared above. Coat it nicely with batter on both sides. Take another Leaf and coat it with the batter in the same way.
6-Now place both leaves side by side and spread 4-5 leaves at a time.make any shape, according to the size of your pan.(as shown in the images below)
7-Cover the pan with lid for 2-3 mins on low flame.
8-When it gets cooked and turns crispy red on one side then carefully flip it over to cook in the same manner on the other side.
9-Prepare the remaining leaves in the same way and serve hot.
