Did you know??

Coffee takes a few days after roasting to let off a lot of carbon dioxide and establish the flavor profile. Properly roasted coffee will then maintain this flavor profile for several weeks. So, you should be able to enjoy your pound of coffee all the way through, every time.

For you dark coffee drinkers - we can get you a pound of Brazil Mogiana roasted to 445 degrees. It is INCREDIBLE! It is creamy, with cocoa and nut flavors very prominent. Some say coconut, hazelnut, pecan, even popcorn. What say you?

Aaron Marsceau has always loved coffee. Well, at least since that mission trip to Canada in April 1997 where he had to drink it to stay alive in the mornings. But since choking down a cup of that smoky, over extracted camp-kitchen coffee, he has explored the tastes of different coffees every chance he has had.
Everyman Coffee started as a love for good coffee, then turned into a wishful thought, which became a side interest and an exploration into how we get the coffee we drink. After spending a year learning and roasting coffee for personal use, Aaron started roasting for family and friends. When the opportunity came to purchase a used commercial roaster in September 2019, he took the step to make his coffees available on a wider scale. The name "Everyman" is taken from a 16th century British morality play in which the character Everyman represents all of humanity.
The mission of Everyman Coffee is to teach people that everyone can drink good coffee. Coffee is an agricultural food product, and is "cooked" and served like any food. The aura surrounding great coffee is just knowing how to source and prepare the coffee for consumption. While not everyone is going to roast their own coffee, everyone can have access to great-tasting, affordable coffee to drink. And trying coffees from different parts of the world is a fun and satisfying way to learn about other people and their ways of life. Aaron will say that during his short time in the history of humanity, he has seen that people have far much more in common than we are led to believe.
And so we roast and drink coffee. Because it is fun. And delicious. And it brings folks together to talk and listen to each other. And understand.
Aaron truly hopes that his coffee will contribute to the enjoyment and human friendship of everyman.
