Because of the pandemic, we encountered so many challenges that tested every one of us. There were so many changes happening and we were not ready for it. Students, teachers, parents, children, or basically everyone were struggling. The current mode of learning, the online class, is one of the major changes this pandemic brought us. Many people had a hard time adjusting to the new normal, while some are still struggling up to this day. So many people lost their jobs, some lost their loved ones, and some lost themselves.

Wondering about our unusual page name? We got you!

Alpas means to become free or break loose. Alpas is a Filipino word (and Filipino itself is a standardized variety of the Tagalog language). Alpasan also means loose, set free or let go. 🌊
