Sri Hartamas park it’s like an airport, you always bumped into someone you familiar with. Bumped into a long lost dear buddy while doing he’s so called bike ride 😂. Miss the old times where all we do was kick and punch almost everyday.

I’ve reflected a lot since my last birthday and definitely there’s a lot more work need to be done mentally and emotionally. I needed to be strong for my own self and for my family.

Keep your clients kickboxing workout program simple when they’re starting out. You need to establish a baseline on their movements and cardiovascular level.
Don’t start with a fancy so called “cool looking “ techniques .I.e jumping round kick, jumping back kick etc. If the client have never done it before, it’ll injure and demotivate them.
This is what you can do
1. Start with basic combinations and observe their movements from time to time
2. Slowly increase intensity while executing the combinations.
3. Always communicate and ask them how they feel.
Remember , as a Kickboxing Personal Trainer, you need to create a safe, fun and effective workout for your clients.

Yes, it’s all about caloric deficit, surplus and highly nutritious food.
