Sparkhill Flood Action Group
We know there have been some issues with some rubbish collections on some roads in the ward and we have been working hard to make sure the issues are resolved.
This morning we’ve been out to make sure the rubbish was collected on time on Ryland Road
Productive multi agency meeting to discuss flooding in Sparkhill and Hall Green North with the Sparkhill Flood Action Group, Saima Suleman & Akhlaq Ahmed 4 Hall Green North, Birmingham City Council, the EA, Groundworks and Severn Trent
Looking forward to progressing the work and meeting again in October
An early morning start, working on making sure Sparkhill is a clean and tidy place to live.
Great to see the resurfacing of Showell Green Lane should be completed on deadline

As I’m aware not everyone is on social media I’ve been out delivering leaflets to Mackenzie Road and surrounding roads about the Mobile Household Recycling Centre which will be on Mackenzie Road on 30th March 7am-12pm
Had some lovely chats with residents about how useful they are finding it and enjoyed the beautiful spring flowers 💐
