Today Mom and I made our version of Crumbl Cookies. Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Snickers.

Well folks, it was a busy day. Made homemade Cabbage rolls this morning, then made a Blueberry Crumble bar in the afternoon. And still managed to take a nap. So for supper we had Grilled Steak, Broccoli Salad and Homemade Cabbage rolls!!!

I. Can't. Move. Tonight for supper I made a Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. 2 pounds of Mozza, with Mushrooms, Pepperoni and sausage. I physically can't move!!!

People ask me all the time why I'm not cooking anymore. Well, I still am. But since I work every night, when I get home cook something small and not that presentable. But tonight I decided to actually cook something. So I made a Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. There's more shrimp than anything but that's okay, right?

Baked Fetta and Cherry Tomato with Bacon Pasta

If you didn't know, I was in Chicago for a week and got to try incredibly good food. Chicago Style Dog and Chocolate Cake Shake from Portillo's and Deep Dish Pizza from Giordano's. I hate to say it but with in two days, I had a total of 11 slices of pizza. Just look at how much cheese there is. I don't need to eat for a week.

I am just letting everyone know that I am ending my cooking life. It has been on my mind a lot lately. I really don't want to do this but I know that I suck at it. Yes the pictures look good bit do you really think they taste good. I may be a Walmart greeter or a mechanic, who knows. I am deeply sorry for this information. And I am sorry if I let anyone down.

Happy New Year Everyone. I woke up bright and early this morning and made my homemade Cinnamon Rolls. And tonight for supper I am making a Pork Cown.

Well we are in the Season(ing) of Christmas so, if anyone wants to send me their favorite holiday recipe, that would be awesome.

I was going through my photos and came across this. I thought I posted it but I guess not. It it a peice of toast with a garlic cream spread with fresh cherry tomatoes, red onion, red bell pepper and Feta cheese. Thanks to my awesome neighbor for the tomatoes.

I had the privilege of making this for myself. Chicken slow cooked with salsa with chips and cheese. It doesn't look pretty but it sure tastes good!

I haven't posted in a long time due to an illness but I'm back at it. Pesto Chicken with Tomato and Mozzarella melted on top all on top of fried rice.

Holy. Since it's La'Burger Week, I made myself this 3 pound monster. Chicken burger, tomato, lettuce, onion rings, air fried mushrooms, cheese, with mayo and Chipotle sauce. You wish you could have this. This will be on the menu for sure when I own my own restaurant.

Today I made 17 jars of crab apple jelly and I am in the process of making apple butter right now. Hope it turns out okay

What have I gotten myself into. Yep it's apples. And there's more to come

For lunch today, I had rice and very delicious coconut veggie curry that I got from Sugar Me Cookie Boutique Bakery. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. Oops

Tonight we had a marinaded flank steak with roasted potatoes and broccoli. Want the marinade recipe, pm me!

I laughed harder than I should have 😂😂😂

When you get hungry and you decide to pick the meatballs out of the spaghetti sauce and put it on left over garlic bread with pumpernickel and spinach dip. SO GOOD

Tonight's dinner consists of homemade spaghetti squash with meatballs, jalapeno poppers, ceaser salad and garlic bread. Great for a hot summer day!

Tonight's supper is going to be delicious. I'll keep y'all posted. Guess what you think I am making on a hot summer day in Ontario 🙂🙂🙂
