Cheers everyone, much love at this w**k time 💚
So I haven't posted in a while but here's something to think about.
I have health anxiety, mainly about things I can't control or have the diagnosis I want straight up yet I have minimal concern about Coronavirus.
Why? It's very real and is killing people.
Yes.
BUT -
If you are going to get it, it's the best time to for the support is there waiting. Other than the guidelines there's nothing we can do about it.
Staying in can be s**t but is part of the antidote to the solution. Take the advice like you would a vaccine becuase essentially, thats the closest we have to a cute right now.
As for money, jobs, fear of loved ones contracting it and eveything else - you're allowed to be stressed and worried of course. But stop and think - what can I do about it?
Is it beyond my control or is there something I can do?
These may sound like silly points but these thoughts and feelings you're having replicate everyone that battles some form of anxiety on a daily basis.
I haven't written this to make anyone feel they aren't allowed to be scared, in fact the opposite. But having a moment to think about what control you do and don't have can stop these feelings manifesting 💚
If anyone needs any support, my inbox is open my lovlies!
Stay safe, Kirst xx
Please sponsor me for dry Jan with cancer research! Amazing cause and I can give excellent advice on non-alcoholic beer choices since I'm now a pro 🍺

2019 was probably my best year yet. I learnt so much and grew as a person. I feel that this year I will continue to push myself and be even more comfortable with who I am.
So, to kick things off - I will be doing dry January (even though I am in Dublin 2 more days, no more Guinness for me 😅) I've done a just giving page to see if anything can be made from it too. A pint of Guinness is generally anywhere from £4-6 so if you'd but me a pint, donate me the dolla instead 🖤 although I'll find this super hard, Imma smash it and regularly post updates throughout and hopefully, itll make a dent towards the cure for cancer!
Cheers to 2020 with my non alcoholic beer 🍻

Kirsten's Adventures in Dryathlon Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January, I’m taking on Dryathlon and going booze-free for one month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research so please show your support with a donation to my page.
Raise your hand if you've been personally victimised by tequila 🙋🏼♀️
One person takes paracetamol for a headache and someone else for a stomach ache and it can help with both. So can antidepressants - educate yourself and others to beat the stigma 💚
