Anya Romero LMT Videos

Videos by Anya Romero LMT. Massaging for 7 years. I Specialize in Prenatal & Postnatal, Infants and Youth, but welcome all!

Everyone needs massage!

Infants prefer eye contact during their massage.
Unlike us adults, they don’t relax by sitting back and closing their eyes 😴. Watching an encouraging face while they get bodywork helps them to feel secure.

Tonight’s bedtime massage focus is little Archie’s mouth. Babies little jaws can get very tight from all of those feedings! Loosening the muscles in Baby’s neck and jaw helps to create a wider latch while feeding, and prevents the muscles from tiring as quickly, which allows him to get a longer feeding in… that means more sleep for Mama!
