your address has changed, please create a new Postable registration and notify Yours Truly of the change via Facebook Messenger so we may update shipping information on our end. Once you have completed the Registration process, you are now welcome to shop with Yours Truly.
3. Claim items during our LIVE sessions. By shopping with us you are confirming you have acknowledged and will adhere to the Store Policies. To claim during LIVE, simply comment “MINE” + “code word/number” given.
*Item is awarded to the FIRST PERSON shown on our screen. If there are multiples available, we will go in order and award the items accordingly. Your screen may differ from our screen. In most cases, you will always see yourself as the first to comment but we will follow what is on our screen. Facebook also filters comments, and sometimes we may not see your comment. Please try your comment again.
4. Please be ready to pay. Payment for each item is due IMMEDIATELY upon claiming.
5. Please submit a screenshot of your completed payment via Facebook Messenger. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal (friends and friends ONLY). If paid using “Good and Services” your payment will be returned, and you will need to resubmit payment using “Friends and Family”. In payment NOTES, please type in your “Facebook Name” ONLY. Do not type any brand names or product description. PAYMENT PLANS are available during our LUXE/special events. A 50% deposit is due upon claiming and the remaining balance is due within 2 weeks from date of original claim. Item will ship once paid in full. If not paid in full within 2 weeks, your order will be canceled, and your payments will be forfeited. SHIPPING (US 50 states ONLY):
Shipping fees is determined by size, weight, and your location. You will receive an invoice for your shipping fee via Facebook messenger within 1-2 days after live. Payment for your shipping fees must be paid within 12 hours upon receipt. If paid after the 12 hours, please expect shipping delays as it will be shipped on the next scheduled shipment. Packages are shipped within 1-2 days after shipping fees have been paid. Shipping and Handling time 5-10 business days or less.
*If there are any issues with payment, you will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. Shipping via USPS or UPS (bulk orders). Once shipped, you will receive your tracking numbers via email. Once orders have been shipped, it is no longer Yours Truly’s responsibility. YOURS TRULY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES.
