Please welcome Teresa Patlan to the Vault Concierge team! Teresa is a Florida native and most recently purchased her first home in Tampa. 🎉🏠 She has spent the past 4 years in the insurance industry exploring both the carrier and agency side. Before that, Teresa worked at Disney for 2 and a half years spreading magic. We're thrilled to bring some of that magic to Vault!

Vault is hiring a Summer Product Intern! The Product Intern will support the actuarial and product management teams in their management of existing programs, as well as their expansion into new states. They will assist in producing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents for new programs and take part in various other projects. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to various departments across the company including actuarial, underwriting/forms, finance, and marketing.

Time sure flies...

We've got some big anniversaries happening at Vault. Some of our earliest hires are celebrating 3 years as part of the Vault family and we asked them to take a little stroll down memory lane. They told us all about what it was like before there was even an office space, what they love most about coming to work every day and even their predictions for the future. Q: What is one memory about your early days at Vault?
A: Stacy Warren gave me the keys to her car! I relocated from Georgia and I was looking for a place to stay. The fact that she trusted and cared about me so much let me know she was really invested in me. Everyone I've met here has that same genuine love.

Q: What are you looking forward to the most?
A: Never filling out another job application. I am going to grow old in this place!

Q: What is your favorite part about being on the Vault team?
A: So many "firsts"! The major goal crushing milestones that we hit together is the most rewarding part. The adorable pups in the office are a very close second!

Q: What is one of your favorite early memories?
A: Ahhh. Dinner with the team at Red Mesa after long days of training when we were still in the AirBnB. It was during that time that we really got to know one another and foster what I am certain will be lifetime friendship. These people are the best in the biz!
