I have totally fallen in love with this town. I must say Ohio in general has been one of my favourite states to visit with
Today the Bengals beat the Vikings at home and the streets are full of joy and celebration. Maybe the odd drunk… but they are happy folks. Cincinnati it’s been a joy!

Consistency pays off. 💪 Seeing positive transformations since the beginning of this journey – added 15lbs of muscle mass. Every session has felt like a step towards a greater goal for myself. I’m still running 20-25 miles weekly but it hasn’t been the priority. I love fitness, my life on the road and have so much to be grateful for right now.

I’m still totally overwhelmed by the past week in Nashville. So I wrote her a poem.

In Nashville's heart, where melodies arise,
My family beneath the Southern skies.
A city painted with notes of sweet refrain,
Where memories linger, like a gentle rain.
Oh, Nashville! You let my roots entwine,
In the arms of my parents, love so divine.
The Ryman, where dreams find their stage,
Whispers of love, written on every page.
Wooden pews hold tales untold,
In the hallowed halls, where legends unfold.
Monells, a haven for shared delight,
Where family bonds, so warm and tight.
A feast of flavors, a communal song,
In the heart of Nashville, where shared memories belong.
Country music weaves through the city's veins,
A rhythmic heartbeat, where passion remains.
Guitars strumming tales of joy and pain,
In honky-tonk echoes, a timeless refrain.
In the neon glow of Broadway's embrace,
Dances of love, a familiar grace.
Where the twang of strings and a fiddle's call,
Resound in the heart of Music City's hall.
So here's to Nashville, a love so true,
A city that sings, a home anew.
Country music's heartbeat, echoing strong,
whispers, where dreams belong.
And in the words of Wayne Kirkpatrick's song,
Baby if I could change the world,
I’d keep Nashville just the same.
