Supplements have always been a really big part of my training regimen.
I don't do any crazy diets. I take vitamins and eat three times a day.
Well, we all age, but Id been taking herbal supplements for a long time.
Drink lots of water, get lots of sleep, and take vitamin C!
Take your vitamins. Exercise. Just work to love yourself as much as you can - not more than the people around you but not so much less.
You take the healthiest diet in the world, if you gave those people vitamins, they would be twice as healthy. So vitamins are valuable.
