Another custom table approaching completion. A bit more sanding then some finish. This one was made from a piece of maple that was destined for the burn pile. Needed a lot of work but I love salvaging beautiful slabs like this.

Finished restoring this dress or for my son. It was my father-in-laws then my wife's, then our nephew and now after a complete overhaul, it is my son's. Very happy with how this turned out and amazed at how long it lasted from a structural perspective.

Another custom table started. Lots of work to do on this one. Already sealed with penetrating epoxy and rough sanded. Now to fill in the copious cracks and voids. Customer wants to see into the voids so some deep pour clear is on deck. # customfurtiture .

Prepping for a major shop upgrade. Taking over the rest of the garage (apologies to my wife who will no longer fit her car in the garage... ever). Adding a drum sander and probably a cnc plasma cutter. Going to build an assembly/out feed table and a new workbench. .

Onward may not be the official theme of this show but it is appropriate. It is a chance for these retired racehorses to move Onward from the track and I to new lives. It is also appropriate for me personally. After years of addiction I am finally moving Onward from my alcoholism. 13+ months dry now. Has not been easy but I am here. If you need help moving Onward, please reach out.
