Hello guys...
Glad you made it through despite the challenging times.....
have you been overwhelmed lately and you feel you have so much to do in such a little time or you feel 24 hours isn't enough... I feel like that sometimes too and decided to share this.
Just take a deep breath and know that everything will be fine and fall into place.
A lot can still be done and achieved before the year runs out..
Things to help with your feeling of overwhelm....
1. Take an Audit..cwrite out all your activities and to do list.. your task daily, weekly and monthly... write it all down... you will need a TOBY journal for this...
Categorize them into the very important ones that would help you achieve your goals, the important ones and the least important ones and then prioritize your list and take it one at a time.
2. Focus on what is key, focus and avoid distractions, utilize and maximize your time.. wake up early if you have to or sleep late.. burn the midnight candle and do the extra.. be extraordinary.
3. To achieve a goal or result, there is always a process..rather than focus on the outcome, focus on the process and you will get results.
4. Do not take all the responsibilities on yourself...outsource some things out and earn some time for yourself to achieve your goals.

Today we are looking at why you need to write while you read... please ensure you always have a book beside you every time ....
This is important because.
1. It helps you to organize your ideas, thoughts and processed information that you get while reading a book.
2. It keeps you focused and stay engaged while reading a book
3. You keep record of what you have read and understood so you can always go back to it anytime.
4. You can think critically about what you have read when you write that point down...
5. Draw conclusions from what you read, understood and written down and then identify the main ideas of the information the author is trying to pass across.
6. Read, read and read and master it.
7. Share your knowledge to others and in the process, Be a better version of YOURSELF.
