My goal for this place is to offer an affordable option for people looking to get out of the city and have a place that feels like home! Whether it’s skiing, mountain biking, hiking or just enjoying the mountain air with a book, this place has you covered! I think it’s amazing up here and I think you will too!
We are located just 1 hour from Denver and about 45 minutes from Boulder @ 9,000ft. Black hawk/Central City and Nederland are just 15 minutes from the door!
Access to miles of national forest trails within the neighborhood. Views of Thorodin Mountain from the patio. Fire pit out back for the nice spring nights!
Animals do live on the property, so please consider this if you have any allergies.
