Life has its times where it will bring you down, stomp on you, and throw you to the fires but one thing I will not allow it to do is consume me. ππ» I feel like Iβm at the end of the crossroads with being unsatisfied of not being satisfied with how I look to please others. Times have changed and not only do I work out and eat healthy to look good but to feel good most especially. My mental health is far more important than thinking of what others have to say really. βπ»

This is a very vulnerable post for me to make but if you ainβt a product of your own work how do you expect others to trust your coaching expertise if you have nothing to show for it .π₯² Some would rather not show their before photos but for me, looking back at 2 months postpartum and seeing how far my progress has come makes me real dam proud of myself.β€οΈ The hardest part of this all was being honest with myself and accepting what I looked like. From there, I also realized that I was not happy with the way I looked although I just had a baby I know what my body is capable of. Iβve been working on my physique for the last 12 years. And now two kids later, I am proud of myself for always putting my health and fitness first.π₯°
