Starting next week (because of Labor Day), new classes will be Mondays at 4, 6:30, and 7pm; and Wednesdays at 6:30 and 7pm.
Also a new class this coming Wednesday 😁 Reserve your spot asap because you don’t want to miss it!
New faces, old faces, and lots of familiar faces made for two great classes this week! We worked our arms and glutes, then slowed it down with some core work and stretches. Each person made it so much fun and brought great attitudes! ❤️

🚨 WOMEN OVER 40 🚨

School and other activities starting this week kept many busy, but I wanted to take a moment to brag on this one! Amy has been consistently coming to classes every week, pushing herself so hard, and always has the best attitude! It’s been so fun getting to know her and I am so proud! 💪🏻❤️

New faces, familiar faces-but everyone came to WORK! We kicked it up this week with the classes and these ladies showed up and didn’t quit! I am so proud week after week of how people push themselves in ways they don’t think they can. Summer is hard because of travel and schedules, but the commitment from people week after week always makes me smile! 💪🏻♥️
