Friday was a bittersweet day for Belle Air Inc., after 8 years of planting our brick and mortar in Avalon Park, we have closed our doors to our cozy storefront in the Publix plaza and have moved to a new location to accommodate our growing business. While our location has changed, our priorities have not. We will continue to thrive to serve all our customers with our professional knowledge and honest service. I personally would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a prosperous and unforgettable 8 years and the loyal support in making us the highest recommended AC company in East Orlando . This would not be possible without our incredible community. Avalon Park will always be our home and it is my wish that we will continue to have your support as we branch out. We are not too far away, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Seven months ago, my wife and I announced that we had welcomed a new investment partner to drive the continued growth and improvement at Belle Air. We carefully selected our partner knowing that the principles on which we founded this company would remain. We have been so happy to see this unfold.

As mentioned previously, I remained on board as Belle Air’s general manager. This allowed me to ensure business would run as usual while still being able to enjoy my family. It has truly been the best of both worlds.

I want to thank each and every one of our supporting customers who have stayed loyal to us. All of us at Belle Air greatly appreciate your support as we continue to grow and serve our customers.

Today, I would like to publicly announce that I have been offered and accepted the role as Belle Air’s president. I am very excited about this role, as I deeply believe my work here is not finished.

My name is Louis Burbano and in 2010, I set out to build a reputable air conditioning and heating company that would serve the people of central Florida in an honorable and neighborhood oriented way. Over the last 11 years, we have had the extreme privilege of dedicating our time and service to you all through our company, Belle Air Inc. I strongly believe that within that time, we have successfully achieved that goal.

With that being said, my wife and I, would like to officially share that we have recently decided to sell our company to a group of successful individuals who you will all get to know very soon. The new management team has feverishly pledged to deliver on their promises of keeping all our original employees and technicians, along with maintaining the business model I founded Belle Air on which is very near and dear to my heart. In addition, I am pleased to also announce that although Belle Air will be under new ownership, I will not be going anywhere. Our new owners have graciously offered me a position to stay on board in order to keep the legacy of Belle Air thriving and ensure the company’s success moving forward. In my new role, I will be here to assist in running the business as usual during normal business hours.

While our decision to sell was not at all an easy decision, we are confident that this is what was best for us, our customers, and employees. We are excited to transition to a lifestyle that will allow for more time with our family. As you can all imagine, running an air conditioning and heating company in Florida can come with its challenges. On behalf of my wife and family, I would like to give a heartfelt and emotional thank you to express my deepest gratitude for blessing us with the opportunity to serve you all over the last 11 years. With so many options, I know choosing to support a small business such as Belle Air, is something I am so humbled by. Thank you to everyone who recommended Belle Air, whether by word of mouth or on community pages, your support has never gone unnoticed. It is because of you all, Belle Air has gone beyond what I could have ever imagined upon opening in 2010.

In closing, I ask for your continued loyal support to Belle Air and its employees and new owners. I must stress that just because ownership has changed, our company philosophy has not. We promise to continue to provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest service, all of which has allowed us to create a great reputation throughout Central Florida. I have always told my employees that we simply cannot rest on our laurels. We have to prove ourselves every day.
