Thus color palette is giving me lipstick sample vibes today for this tiny journal piece I’ve been working on.

Having so much fun with painting houses again!!
🏡🏡🏡🏡
Growing up I never worried about having to go g the store to buy a card.
My mom was a big crafter and had stock on handmade cards she always made.
Once I was started adulting I realized I was the WORST at bringing a card to anything bc.. it wasn’t right there last minute 😅
Now in return I paint a card at last minute for those special ones in my life & their bdays.
I always try to put some neutral bday cards at the shop as well for anyone needing a last minute card that will actually mean something rather than thrown away.
🩵💕
Ran over to Ohio Valley Antique Machinery Show today to see my talented friend Lori (Hides and Happenings).
Her leather work is AMAZING.
Purses, keychains, wallets, any thing and everything this girl does is unique and hand tooled 🙌🏻🖤
I have a goal for myself to start journaling my months.
So today, I journaled for about 5 minutes before the babe needed me.🥴😅
It’s rare I find myself just painting or doodling for fun anymore. I can’t complain because even with orders I still have so much fun doing what I love!
There is just something about painting without a plan that soothes me.
So in hopes of even spending a little time every day to doodle something up I plan to have this page filled to look back on for this season!
🍎🌾🪲
Stay tuned for what else I’ll add!
Cards restocked at The Greenhouse Bus Mercantile
Hand painted + made with love. 🫶🏽
Great add on to gifts in the shop, or last minute “just because” + encouragement card for those you love.
Watercolored sonograms are easily one of my favorite projects.

The Free Library is now up & ready to be filled outside the Harvester Farm to Table in Blanchester!
📚
Author Darci Davidson & I, wanted to open this little free library with full intentions for all ages to enjoy. Plus, for the first few visitors we have a few copies of our book “Don’t Give Up with Lee the Fox” in there to grab!
🦊
Be sure to exchange or swing in for a good read for yourself, or for the kiddos … there’s already so many good reads in there! 📖🙌🏻
✨The Little Free Library ✨
📖📔📚🌷
I’m so excited to share with you the project I’ve been working on lately!
So much thought and hope went into this project so the community can exchange books (of all ages) with books they enjoyed and in return grab a new read!
I know I’ve had some summer reading goals of my own and plan to throw some books in it that I’ve enjoyed so far!
****More details to come later on where it is located and the story behind it all! 🌱💕***
Did you know that sonogram photos over time when exposed to natural elements (heat, humidity & light) they tend to fade.
A painting of your ultrasound preserves the memory of your sweet little one for years to come. Or it makes a sweet baby shower gift for that special mama in your life.
🩵💕
Memories popped up of my old journal of doodles
This is my favorite journal to look back on, seeing little things that set heavy on my 20 year old heart.
I journal in many ways but my art journals speak louder than any words. 🌱🩵
As much as I love painting plants, you can find a graveyard of them by yours truly outside my house bc I did not get a green thumb. ☠️🤣
Although I do have to say, I’ve kept a few succulents alive for 4 years now so.. 🙌🏻🤣
🌱🌱🌱🌱
More sneak peaks of what’s to come.
🌷🩵🌱🧡🌼❣️
Something new coming for all to enjoy … 📚🩵💕🫶🏽
📚🌷🌻🪻
Note to self: only dip paint brush in paint water & paint can. ☕️🎨🖌️
Color pallets for this project were let’s just say… a struggle lol. It’s one thing to have an image in my head and create it but having to actually pick out my colors was a tough one rather than making them myself. 😮💨😬📖
🪻🌷🌻🌿
Speaking at our old elementary school today was so exciting.
To see how God use two bashful girls, who are very quiet, be used for His glory was a “never give up” story in itself.
We are excited these books get new homes today & pray the message of never giving up exceeds in each child’s life !
🦊💜
Interesting!!
How adorable is this addition to a sweet nursery?? 🥹 🤎
Loved seeing this from someone who got it as a gift from their baby boys registry!
Add it to your baby registry today, makes the perfect gift!

This painting makes me sad.
In more than one way.
1. I did my first acrylic painting in an extracurricular art class in middle school where I really fell in love with painting.
It was large dragon fly.
Tacky orange background, dark purple body with bright green polka dots. The wings were a light blue color with little details in the wings. (My favorite part).
18 year old me didn’t see this ugly tacky painted dragon fly as “good art” as I had learned so much with high school.
So I painted over it on whim: thus I did an angel.
Part of me regrets painting over that dragon fly.
I wish I could look back and see how far I have come since I was 14 years old.
Reason 2. This makes me sad:
I decided after I painted this that yellow reminded me of my grandma which only made since of it’s calm and cheering background that it spoke to me.
And since she was all about how she loved Jesus I felt this painting was meant for her.
She kept it in her living room and every time I visited she’d let me know how much she loved that painting I did for her.
When my grandma passed I got my painting back.
I see it and I think the angel I bet she is now.
Singing praises and probably tending to the most beautiful gardens.

“Easter family pic 2024”
Medium: Pencil + paper
Artist: my sweet nephew.
I’m not the only one who can draw in my family. I do believe we have some great little artist as nephews/nieces!!
This drawing was by my 10yr old nephew who flagged me down on my way out of Easter dinner to show me my husband, me and our baby from the day.
One day this kiddos gonna do big things! 💙✍️🎨
If He walked outta the grave, I’m walking too!
❣️🙌🏻 He’s alive and I’m forgiven!
Happy Easter Sunday!!
“Years I spent in vanity and pride, caring not my Lord was crucified.
Knowing not it was for me He died on Calvary.”

An old hymnal that speaks volumes. Alongsid my favorite landscape painting I’ve ever done.
Easter is such a special time to reflect on what Jesus did for me, for you.
If you don’t know Him. I mean truly know Him, reach out to me this Easter. You’re missing out!
Dont let pride take over like I have before way too many times- search for Him some way so how this Easter.
Then, you’ll see how special Calvary is.
✝️
If you need last minute Easter basket ideas remember you can order our book on Amazon, Target, really all the book places!

Final drawing ➡️ Sketchbook
I loved drawing up the different curious looks of a fox. So, when I started going through each page I thought it would be so fun to do a little something fun at the bottom of the page. Thus, the idea came from Lee escaping his cage + one of the first sketches I did of different angles of fox faces.
