W&M Higher Education Student Association
The purpose of the Higher Education Student Association (HESA) is to encourage and elevate student development as professionals and scholars at W&M.
Our students have been busy attending conferences this semester. William & Mary has been represented at the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Annual Meeting, the annual NODA Conference, and the Virginia Student Services Conference. We are so proud of our students and the work they do!

Our last highlight is Rebecca Durant! She has been spending the summer in Georgia learning all about orientation & new student programming.
Our next highlight is Joe Dowell! He interned with the William & Mary football team in the spring.

As we approach the end of the semester, this HESA Board will be stepping down and new members will be elected in! Position openings for the Spring and Fall of 2020 include President, Vice President, Director of Communications, and Director of Programming. HESA is an EXCELLENT leadership role and a great addition to anyone's resume. We encourage any first year or part time student in the program who will be enrolled for next Spring and Fall to show interest!
