This is the face of someone who is happy for this much needed summer break. .ej , founder of the digital agency Unión Atlántica, once said “all entrepreneurs one day reach a moment where they burn their wings” at a .h.e event hosted by
Those past 10 months have been full on beyond words with Mosaic. As a passionate person, when I do something, I do it fully, with all my heart, body and soul. I feel very grateful for being contacted by brands and people to work on ambitious projects.
This being said, I also know how much taking some time off is necessary. Especially now that Arthur and I have moved to our new house. I’m looking forward to making it our home and resuming to working on exciting events in September. In the meantime, I’ll be honouring my weekly commitments at Dior and Balenciaga, sharing a few things here and enjoying summer in nature
Happy summer everyone 🌼

Apparently there is a trend on social media where people share things that the pretty pictures of social media don’t show. I like it, so here it goes, sharing a few struggles of mine with Mosaic
The energy I spend with my business is sometimes exhausting and too much
If you don’t do things, then things don’t happen. Seems pretty stupid, but it also means that the weight on my shoulders is a lot
I doubt, cry, get frustrated, change my mind, get upset with some decisions I need to take: Did I give the right price? Is my client going to be happy with what I did? How am I going to get everything done on time?
My insecurities can have the best of me and make me want to quit everything, fully disconnect and be unreachable for months
Being happy, aligned and fulfilled with your business doesn’t mean being perfect and having it all sorted
Being an entrepreneur is above all accepting to take action without having all the answers. Accepting that it’s not all perfect. Accepting that you can’t control everything and that failing is the best way to learn. And despite all of this, keep moving and going forward
To all the women entrepreneurs I know and have full admiration for .h.e .cire .ej .camilleri .fr .tierslieu .sanders.translator and all the others ♥️
Last mimosa of the season. Working in an industry that is intrinsically linked to weather, I get to experience first hand the impact of global warming on natural cycle and the planet. Some plants and flowers don’t grow as usual. The mimosa season started much earlier than normal, ending beginning of March. See you next year flower sunshine !

Post Valentine’s Day thought: Are red roses the only flower that can convey love and passion?
Red roses are imported and not seasonal, so how come in 2024 this old tradition from another era is stil going so strong? I believe it’s our job as creative people to design and create bouquets that convey the same feeling using different flowers. To be completely honest, it’s even more fun to play with variety, textures and proportions, “love” being the source of inspiration.
Here are a few beautiful flowers that are both local and seasonal that you can get for your loved ones, including yourself. Anemona, tulip, ranunculus, germini, hypericum.
So the real question is, which ones do you prefer?
Celebrating love with my moon my man ♥️
To realise that the best decisions we’ve made, the greatest changes we’ve lived are the ones where Arthur and I trusted ourselves, without trying to match other people’s pace, fear or definition of happiness.
Quitting the corporate world, moving to Barcelona, becoming a floral artist and an ice cream maker, adopting a dog, buying the house of our dreams.
It started with something deep we wanted to keep to ourselves. Something we didn’t want to expose to the world, but live for ourselves. Then, turning that profound feeling into commitment, making ideas become actions. Finding the sweet spot between holding on and trusting life.
Finally, seeing things unfold in unexpected ways. If someone had told me 10 years ago my life would be this, I would not have believed it. Being in love and happy is something I’m proud of and grateful for every single day.
Tell me you love tulips without telling me you love tulips 🌷

What defines creativity? Creativity comes in so many shapes and forms. It can be the “biggest thing you've ever done” or “the most simple thing”. Wladia saw a picture of Harry Styles on IG who was wearing a hat with flowers. She sent me the picture and said “we should try this with beanies.” The same day we went to the market and started brainstorming about what flowers could work well with a beanie, without being too complex or costly. We saw beautiful tulips with 6 layers of petals. When we opened them, the dimension of the flower completely changed. We chose orange and white tulips. The only way to find out if an idea works, is to experiment. This is how we ended up in the streets of Gràcia, playing with tulips and beanies, having fun and trying to make the most of what we had.
Those joyful pictures encapsulate this and also convey what Mosaic stands for: playfulness, modernity and sincerity
New season, new collection, new flowers
“Trust” is my key intention for 2024. Trust life, trust myself, trust the process. Trust that what the future holds is brighter than what I can imagine
I’ve always been used to wanting to control the outcome of most things I do. It’s part of my education, my culture and what I believe makes situations successful. With time, especially since we’re in Barcelone, I understood that life has much more imagination than I have. It will always put me in situations that I need to be in, whether I want it or not. It’s obviously ongoing and the learning curve is endless, frequently reminding myself that everything happens for a reason
I trust that in 2024 I will continue to learn to finding the balance between being committed and letting go to let the magic happen
My key intention for the year 2023 was “abundance”. And boy has it manifested on so many levels
With Mosaic, aligning this all consuming passion that comes from my heart with my brain, to make it sustainable on the long term. Doing things in ways that feel right, working with people with good energy, on events and projects that have purpose. Trusting myself, using my creativity to contribute, working for people and brands, big and small, that believe in me and what I stand for
In my personal life, Arthur and I, celebrating 9 years together, currently in the process of buying our very own house in the forest. I honestly don’t know what I did to deserve such an amazing life partner. Celebrating the first Xmas with my whole family since 2006 and being able to host it for the very first time. Having beautiful friends I can truly be myself with, knowing they love me for who I am, with the good sides and the less good ones
The truth is, it’s only the beginning. I feel unstoppable. I feel unstoppable with flowers. I feel unstoppable creating. I feel unstoppable with the people I’m lucky enough to call my family and my friends. I feel unstoppable doing what seems impossible. I feel unstoppable being myself
I’m grateful for everything that I’m living and the people who surround me. I’m even grateful for the people I lost along the way. Everything helps me learn and grow and this is a powerful feeling I cannot get enough of
So thank you 2023, 2024 bring it on ✨
The overindulging week 🍪
Trials for a special project. I love it when after hours and hours of experimenting, practising, trial and errors, there’s a “click” in your brain and you finally get it. Instagram tends to show beautiful images of final results, making us forget that most of what we do behind the scenes is making mistakes and learning from them.
A much needed colour break from the gold and silver season 🎨
Why should flowers only be for women?
Yes, men wear buttonholes made with flowers at weddings. But that’s pretty much it. It’s not rocket science to say that receiving flowers make people happy, regardless of their age, nationality, income, taste etc So why can’t we extend this to gender? Why in 2023, so little men receive flowers? Since I started Mosaic, I’ve forbidden my husband Arthur to give me flowers. But he loves when I decorate the house with bouquets made with leftover flowers. Not sure what can be done tbh, but I love it the very few times I deliver flowers from a woman to a man ✨

It took me some time to realise the importance of doing things with my heart and have my brain follow. For a long time, I thought the other way around and always felt like I was trying to put a square in a triangle. Something was missing. I believed that if I did things rationally, using my brain first, no one would have anything wrong to say about it. And then, I understood how deep, endless and powerful my heart was. Trusting my heart enables me to go above and beyond what my brain can grasp. It enables me to go above and beyond what is rationally explainable, beyond what makes sense. It’s give me a sense of purpose and is my greatest contribution. It truly where the magic happens.

When we were taking pictures in the streets of Gràcia, those 3 beautiful ladies spontaneously decided to let go, express themselves and feel free
