This kettle bell was 8kgs you could use 4/6/8/10 whatever you have you will still get a good workout

Try and track your workouts with an accurate calorie burn and heart rate device (it just keeps you accountable)π
Aim for every workout you do to burn minimum 400-500 calories (obviously more is better) πͺ
Ps.A bottle of wine is around 600 cals !!!π€ͺπ Just sayin

1 x broom stick or bar β
2 x milk cartons filled with water or sand for more weight β
Gaffer tape β
This bad boy weighs 5.5 kg which will still give you a good workout if you do enough reps πͺ

All you need is light dumbbells 2/3/4 kgs or bottles of water or even 2kg bags of sugar will work π

Warm water with lemon to kickstart my digestive system and restore my PH levels

Greens - 2 teaspoons in cold water to give me nutrients I might not get throughout the day

No equipment No worries π
Hereβs a 20 minute Leg and B***y sesh π
You can use your B***y Band to βUPβ the resistance but youβll still get a great leg burn with just body weight πͺ

25 minute Full Body Dumbbell Session πͺ
I know a few of you have done this one already.... its good to do resistance training at least 2-3 x week πͺ
If you donβt have dumbbells you can use cans, water bottles, or even rocks!! π€·ββοΈ
It will still give you a great workout π

As we are forced to live is such uncharted times and stress levels are high, when itβs a daily roller coaster of emotions in your home and everyones waiting for whatβs going to happen next!! π€·ββοΈ
You must try and have time just to be by yourself π
At least 30-60 mins to just walk, breath, meditate, listen to music, turn off from everything and everyone π
