Love!! Aww! My favorite. Love for my Momma, my baby girl, my hubby & the rest of my friends & family. Love fuels me in every possible way. Love is what makes me get up at 6:30AM daily for my daughter, be there no matter what for my Mama, take care of my hubby emotionally and physically, coach with full on passion and purpose, and hold space for all the wonderful people in my life. Loving so strong, especially now, makes me realize I have a responsibility to myself and to my loved ones to be the best version of myself that I can be. And of course, own up to my mistakes, and apologize when messing up. Life is such a wild ride, connection, harmony & love are the ultimate prize.

What would you say to yourself if you could tell your past self something?

I would say
The person you will be in 5 years is based on the books you read and the people you hang around with. The people you listen to, the opinions you believe, the videos you watch, the information you take in positive or negative, will effect your future. The workouts you do or don’t do, that will show up in your future. The foods you eat will effect your future on a visual and energy level. Same is true with your thoughts and information What you feed your mind will shape your future If all you do is take in garbage that’s what your future is going to be made up of Commit to feed your mind with successful thoughts and surround yourself with those who have the same ambition.Feed your mind daily, books, podcasts, videos Your future self is begging you to show some discipline, don’t be like the rest. Work harder and smarter now so you can enjoy it later on. If you don’t feed your mind with success it will rot with mediocrity. What you want out of life you must put into it

Broccoli Pizza
Makes 4 servings
Per serving
1/3 protein serving
3 vegetable servings
3 condiments
• Broccoli Crust:
• 4 ½ cups broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 egg whites
• 3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella – feta is too high in sodium
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• Topping:
• 1/2 cup no sugar added marinara sauce such as Rao’s
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced onion
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/4 cup sliced red, yellow and green bell peppers
For the crust:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large pot bring water to a boil, add the 1 Tbs. salt Cook broccoli until crisp tender, about 2 minutes.
Drain and dry the broccoli with a clean kitchen towel. Pulse/ blend the broccoli in food processor. Use a clean dry kitchen towel to squeeze out excess water. In a large bowl place the broccoli, egg whites,cheese and spices and mix together.
Place mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, in the shape of a crust.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is lightly browned. Remove from the oven. Let the pizza cool outside of the oven for 15 minutes.
For the topping:
Top the pizza with the marinara sauce, the vegetables and the mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizza back into the hot oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.

Ayyyayya!! I love my Zumba! Even though I have to temporarily place a hold on my Zumba fun until I get to my goal weight ! I would like to seriously make a serious Shout Out to Zumba for giving people worldwide the opportunity to stream Live classes online to Dance! With all of the insane stress 2020 has brought they are giving us all the opportunity to place a pause button and shake it, sweat it, and embrace that we can still dance in our home to amazing upbeat music and temporarily forget our current quarantine reality ! Wow !
Where do I even start. I believe that in this life everything happens for a reason. Our parents, family, friends, social influencers are all here for a greater purpose for each and every one of us. One thing is for sure, we all want to be “winning” at life. The 3 most popular areas I find people want the most success at is in their business, health & romance! We all take advice from people ( some more, some less) we study, we take exams, we fall in love, we gain weight, we lose, we fall, we cry, we break up, we make up; but eventually we somehow manage to get back up and continue… for better or for worse. I have had incredible guides and teachers in my journey (all disguised as my family, friends, therapists, partners, role models) that helped me pave my path. I must say though, that Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book Breaking the habit of Being Yourself, kind of twisted yet broke open my brain in a way where I finally realized it is ALL POSSIBLE for me. Anything I want, in the right time… I could manifest as long as I was able to practice fully aligning my thoughts, my feelings, and my actions. This book is very scientific in the beginning, this builds up your vessel for the mindful strategies that he will be teaching you, and then applying! It’s a practice, and the journey is epic. Strongly Strongly Recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their life!
