There are many different ways we can approach the uncertainty going on these days. We can give into the panic, or we can compartmentalize the things that we can control, versus the things that we cannot. I am choosing to look only at what I can control. I am using this time to look at my life and spend some time working on the items that really need it. If there is anything I can do for you, to help ease any of this panic, please reach out. I am here to listen and I am here to help. If it means a video call to check in...count me in. If it means a virtual workout together...you got it. If it means talking about meal plans, or cooking on a video call together...it won't be pretty...but I promise to try not to drop the video into whatever I am making. We are at a crossroads, and in a time of so much uncertainty, we should be trying to raise each other up.
I just finished week 1 of this amazing program, and I can't wait to share it with all of you. I have 10 spots available in a group starting April 6th. 5 workouts a week for 6 weeks, each 30-40 mins a day, maximum calorie burn, and a GREAT way to rid yourself of extra energy from being quarantined, plus an amazing supportive group of people for accountability and help along the way. I woke up this morning determined to start this time of uncertainty on the right foot. I woke up, started a new workout program, made some breakfast, and grabbed my favorite water bottle to start the day off right. Since I will be working from home for a while, I am not as concerned as meal prepping, as I can cook as I go, but making sure I get my workouts, superfoods shakes, and water in daily are my goal. Trying to find the positive in this isn't easy, but it will give me the time I need to ensure these healthy habits stick.
