One of my favorite things in Japan was the konbini culture. Just really nice snacks, low price. And then I find this place and it’s like my favorite section of the konbini is yet again back in my reach.

Yeah it’s just sandwiches. But it’s so much more. Been there once, just want to come back and back again.

Birthday playdate at Bellevue botanical garden 🎂.

I'd been wanting to try the minis from Tres Sandwich House and I finally found the perfect excuse to order away. My kid turned 2 and we saw her best friend (they're 2 weeks apart 🥺) for a playdate at . We Iet them explore and when they were ready for lunch, we grabbed drinks from and sat down outside the café. I brought cupcakes for a festive feeling.

Here's what we had:

🥪 Vietnamese (spam, egg, pickled veggies)
🥪 Egg salad

💡 You can order the mini sandwiches on their website. Choose the "quarter cut" option. You'll get two individually wrapped packages of two quarters each when you order a sandwich. There's a $1 extra cost for this option.
