Frequent Field Trips to our neighbor Sam at Circa Barbershop have truly made haircuts easier for our kiddos! We’ve been walking down to visit, sit in the chairs, check out the tools, and (when they are ready) get a haircut! The process of taking baby steps to help establish comfort for our kiddos have made haircuts a fun experience! Thanks Sam for partnering with The Behavior Co. and taking the time to pair and play… We will see you shortly to say “Hi!” 👋

This is our 4th year as an approved Job Shadow site here in the Midlands. Each year we provide a work-based learning experience that allows students an opportunity to explore a career of interest or to learn about a career not commonly taught in schools… ABA! Hats off to our amazing staff who provided a quality learning experience. We hope to have even more shadowers next year☀️
