Update:
We have found the fiber break and have already started the process of fixing it. We will have to run about 1500 feet of new cable and then splice it all back together. Customers will start to come back online as their particular fiber is spliced. We are hopeful to have all work complete in 5 to 7 hours. Thanks!!

Hello everyone, we have an update on the outage some of you are experiencing. We've narrowed down the affected area to those customers in the blue on the attached map. Hello Everyone, we are happy to announce that we can now provide service to anyone inside the blue outline! We are continuing work on the west side of Rogersville and on Hwy. 72 into Elgin. Contractors will also start placing fiber on Hwy. 101 this week.

UPDATE: All equipment is in stock in our warehouse, All design has been completed for Elgin, Rogersville, and Lexington and all permits for Florence Electric have been submitted for our first grant. We have received permits from ALDOT for Hwy 72 to begin work. Now, we are just waiting for approval by Florence Electric to start hanging our fiber. They are approving in small sections and we are hanging as soon as they give us the approval notice. Our underground crews have been working all over Lauderdale County to continue the drive to get you connected.

You may notice that some parts of streets are getting phone calls while other parts are not. This is due to having approval on some poles and not on others. This is completely out of our control, but as soon as we get permission, we are opening up areas for installation. Thank you for all the support and patience that all of you have given us. We are truly grateful for such a supportive group of people!

Our fiber cable has been hung from the Alabama state line all the way through Anderson. Crews are now starting work on Hwy. 207 beside Rogersville park. They will be working their way north to connect the fiber cable that is in Anderson to Rogersville. Once that run is complete, in about 1.5 weeks’ time, we are hopeful that the rest of Rogersville will be permitted, and the aerial construction crew will start placing the fiber all throughout town. While the aerial crew is placing the fiber from the park to Anderson our underground contractors will be very busy too. The underground crew will be boring under Hwy. 207 by the park and then they will be boring under Hwy. 72 so that we can connect the south side of Rogersville. Once all the fiber is placed a splicing crew will come behind them and splice all the fibers together. Once splicing and testing is complete, we can start installing customers. We have already started installing customers in Lauderdale county by the Tn. state line.

Good Afternoon Everyone! Alot has happened in the last three weeks! We have hung our Fiber on Hwy 89 going into Anderson, got electricity to our head end equipment, surveyed all poles on Hwy 72 and Hwy 101, and have been working on completing our underground work in the Rolling Brook neighborhood! Florence Electric has been working diligently with us to change out poles, so we are able to continue our stretch to Anderson and make it into Rogersville. We are so very excited to serve the Lauderdale County communities and look forward to hooking up our first customers in Lauderdale County, AL in the NEXT TWO WEEKS!!!!

Good afternoon Lauderdale County! We are excited to announce our first BIG update!!! We got approval for our main distribution location and are currently working on getting power to this location. We will begin underground construction to the area shown below within the next 3 weeks.
