Roasted herb crusted spaghetti squash. I like it hot out of the oven. Some of this one was seared with pasta and marinara, I also roasted the seeds with smoked salt and pepper for a snack while I roast the fat man and little boy.



You have to walk the chicken through the situation.

Shish*to peppers are so quick and easy and are loaded with good stuff to start the day. I just flash them in olive oil, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper. Sometimes a little soy sauce or Mongolian BBQ seasoning.

Sometimes you just have to make an old-fashioned bacon eggs and potatoes breakfast. Now I want a second breakfast and elevenzies.

Whack it together pizza with things in the fridge I found. Roasted tomatoes, chipotle, artichoke hearts, pesto, blue cheese stuffed green olives, capers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, mozzarella, and some baby Dell cheese wheels.

Chicken under a brick. It takes some work but it is soooo worth it. If I made a new step by step video showing exactly how to make my New Mexico version of this, would you wrap a big ass brick in foil and try it?

Ahi Tuna, Salmon, MahiMahi, or Sea Bass with roasted steakhouse mushrooms, Meyer lemon spinach, and bone broth & truffle mushroom couscous. The tuna was done on an iron skillet at high heat and w/ a herb crust on one side. The others were roasted in parchment with butter & a similar herb seasoning. 😷🙏🏻❤️💪🏼
