Gluten free shortbread crust, lemon curd and fresh blueberries dusted with powdered sugar. Yum!!

Lucy ended up having to make 2 tarts because the first one broke 😭...but the up side of that is that the kids got to try it! Everyone said the lemon curd with the shortbread crust was delicious! Lucy didn't like the picture of her, and she made me promise not to share it...problem solved with a cake drawn over her face😜.

Hello everyone!! COVID-19 has really been slowing me down, and people need some joy in their lives, so I have decided that I am going to do a Christmas Special. Sorry I haven't been able to bake for you guys!! Coronavirus during the summer really made me slow down😅. So, since I am doing online school, I can start up baking for you guys again! Cakes are $10, and muffins/ cookies etc. are $5. I will be posting my next creations soon. Hope you had a good summer!😃

Hi friends! I just wanted to let you guys know that Bakes and Cakes by Lucy is still going on. My family and I have just been very busy. Anyway, I am still going to be baking for you guys.❤️😀

We have been catching our breath after school got out and have been baking up a storm for the fam! These cake pops are vegan , gluten free and dairy free (so family members with even the most restrictive diets can eat them) vanilla confetti cake covered in white chocolate and sprinkles! Made special for our favorite little lady's bday❤️🎉
Hopefully next week we will be out delivering treats to the community ❤️
