The first step to changing is to ensure your mind is right. Your mind must align with your goals otherwise you’ll continuously internally battle yourself. Self doubt, dread and contentment will win. Goal Number 1 for the meek two weeks is to simply “Drink Water!!!” … why is something so simple sooooo hard??? How much water do you drink daily?? I’m aiming for at least 100oz per day. .tv

I’m so lucky to have kids who push me everyday to stick to my plan. They’ll say…. “Mom you know you don’t need to eat that right??!” The. Look at me like “try me, go ahead and eat it” I get scared of them and their evil stares and but down whatever it is I’m attempting to eat that I know I shouldn’t be eating lol.

Don’t be afraid to have your kids join you. Believe me, in this situation they’re more help than “in the way” lol.
